Daniel M. Cavanaugh has been a successful trial attorney for nearly 25 years, during which time he has received multiple legal awards and secured countless positive results for his clients. He grew up in West Springfield, Massachusetts, and moved to Naples in 1997 where he started growing his legal career.
Shayna K. Cavanaugh is passionate about helping her clients obtain the best possible outcome for their legal issues, however complex or problematic their cases may seem. Dianna earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Hartford in Organizational Leadership and Legal Studies, Summa cum Laude.
She has worked as a paralegal for many years for both corporations and prominent law firms in the areas of corporate and real estate law, where she was responsible for the formation and dissolution of entities, coordination of large commercial real estate transactions, and management of all areas of corporate governance, as well as providing support with the practice of litigation with a focus on insurance defense.

Having no prior experience in the legal field, he is excited to be joining our practice as we grow throughout Southwest Florida.

I was very pleased with Mr Dan Cavanaugh. He was very Patient with me when it came down to me asking a lot of questions and what i wouldn’t understand he would take his time to make sure i knew what he was explaining to me. A lot of lawyers just want to get it done but do not really care about the client, but i felt like he actually cared about what i was going through and really cared about my case and he put effort into making sure i got the results i needed. With all the complications of working with attorneys who don't truly have you on the top of their list of goals within each 8 hour work day, it's hard to get any type of Peace of mind when it comes to legal representation, however this law firm went over and beyond my expectations and provided the most professional service I could have ever asked for.
