I was involved in a hit and run and needed my van assessed for damage.
After calling other body shops and getting one and two week out appointment times for just looking at my car (30 plus days to start work), I reached out to Roseville at 3:30 in the afternoon and spoke with Dustin. I explained my situation (everyone's is an emergency...right ;) and he said I could bring it in right away. I found out later they closed at 4:30 and the business was flooded with cars. Dustin went out of his way to help me out--hooked me up with a discounted rental -- and took the time to explain how the whole claims

I got really unlucky and hit some debris on the highway during the night, but I think I'm lucky enough to have stopped at this body shop. Dustin is super helpful and gave me very detailed explanation on which parts need to be replaced. The diagnosis is precise and their service is professional.
Got my car back just 2 hrs after they received the parts from the dealer, and now it looks brand new! This is way much better than my previous experience at a chain collision center. Definitely recommend Roseville AutoBody!

We had an urgent problem that they could take care of immediately. We couldn’t change the license plates because the bolts were rusted tight. They were due the next day! They told us to come in the same day! Miracles of miracles this kind gentlemen came out with the right tools and low and behold he was able to unscrew the bolts and install our new plates. When asked how much, he said just remember us if you ever need a body shop again! Highly recommend them for their integrity and professionalism !
