Ladies Fitness & Wellness offers a variety of cardiovascular, strength, training, and flexibility classes to women of all abilities and fitness levels. Chooses a schedule that works for you from over 130 classes per month conveniently available between the hours 6:00am and 7:30pm. Barre & Bounce - A great leaning class incorporating the Urban Rebounder trampolines and the ballet barre!
LFW's Bridal Bootcamp is an individualized, intensive training program perfect for brides and their entire bridal party! Tailored to your individual fitness goals, the program maximizes your results for a stunning new you on your special day. There will be someone there to support you and coach you through the whole process.
Keith proposed at Cinderella's Castle in Disney World. It was the perfect night! However, when we got the pictures back I felt awful! I hated looking at the pictures, but it was such an important night in my life, I really wanted to be happy with them. I didn't want to go through that again with my wedding pictures.
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!

LFW is like going over to a friend's house. You want to go to LFW even when you think you don't "want" to work out. Fell in love with this place when I moved down here 10 years ago because the dancing (Zumba; hip-hop; cardio dance) makes me SO HAPPY in the purest way. Stayed in love because it introduced me to Pilates and spin and weights and everything I need but didn't really know anything about. Wear what you want, look how you want, set your own intentions (as they say in yoga, which they have too). If you love your comfort zone, stay there. If you're ready to stretch beyond it, you will get

This is exactly what I was looking for! Homey, pleasant atmosphere. Supportive friendly staff. Here you feel like a part of the family, not just a nameless gym member. Great variety of classes so you sure will find something to your liking. My work schedule always changing but I never have trouble finding a class that fits my schedule. This gym offers early morning, late evening and weekend classes, personal training and small groups. Perfect place to workout and have fun!

I moved to Raleigh this year and joined LFW a few months ago. It was hands down the best decision I've made since moving here. The trainers are great and have personalized the experience based on my needs/goals. I love going to a place where people notice if you're not at class. Highly recommend checking it out.

Ladies Fitness and Wellness is an awesome, women-only, fitness community. Anita is the owner and she takes great care of her members. From offering unique fitness classes that are hard to find at other large, local gyms (Pound Fitness, Piloxing, PiYo), to offering small group workout sessions and personal training. You can tell the members feel a sense of community and that helps to encourage camaraderie and support in their workouts. I love specials like Sampler Saturday where even non-members can come and experience a day of fitness classes (30 minutes each of different types to try) for free

This is a lovely Ladies Only fitness center in north Raleigh. It caters to women all ages, sizes, and backgrounds. Apparently, it's been around for 30 years, but I just discovered it when a yoga meetup/nonprofit listed their classes online.
I first went to try their Adaptive Yoga class, which is on Mondays. As I left, Anita handed me a pass to try a class for free when she noticed me looking at the schedule. When I mentioned that my Mom would probably like it there, she even handed me one for my Mom! I've since been back a couple times to try their twice monthly Yoga for the Core class
