I love Niki's classes! In-person or virtual, she makes workouts fun, interesting, and challenging - and has built an amazing community of workout friends through her classes. Niki made me feel comfortable from my first meeting with her. I am very out of shape and have a degenerative neuromuscular disease to boot. She took time to learn about the disease, to give me appropriate exercises, to give me tips about nutrition, and to encourage me. I am still out of shape, but I’m eating less and better and am exercising some every day. She’s totally worth the money I spent to sign up with Folk Fitness.

I've taken Nikki's strength and flow online class for over a year now. It has kept me sane and healthy over a trying year of quarantine. She gives clear instructions and keeps us motivated. The class is fun, and we also work hard. I'm in my 60's and feel like I'm getting stronger every class.

One of the BEST decisions of my life is joining an exercise class taught by Niki Torres 3+ years ago. Folk Fitness offers a variety of personal training classes. Beginning with an in person group class I became stronger and more fit than I was in my 30’s, 40’s and 50’s. Early in 2020, Nikki was able to quickly pivot and offer an online boot camp that meets 4 days a week.

Niki has been absolutely amazing! I've been training with her for about a year now, and she meets me where I am every day. If I'm having a rough day, she adjusts the workout on the fly to make sure it is in line with what I'm needing that day. If I'm having a good day, she adds in some extra work. She challenges me but is not judgmental. I have made so much progress with her support and am so grateful for what she has done for me!
