I want to give more than five stars!! They're great.
They're very easy to schedule. We normally message them here, on Yelp, and get a response within 12 hours (normally much shorter than that) for them to come within a day or two, if we want. They're also incredibly reasonably priced! Two people always come and clean for a minimum of two hours. They're also just friendly people which always helps.
In particular, I love this service because I'm so used to having to ask for "non-standard" things during cleanings (which, tbh, should be standard but haven't

Krystal Clean is amazing. They arrive on time and are very friendly. They are attentive to my requests & clean everything thoroughly. Best part, they are pet friendly and let the dogs roam while they clean! It makes my heart so happy that they take the time to fold my pups blanket in their crate. I feel comfortable with them cleaning while I am home, and I would feel totally trusting if I wasn't home. Would recommend them again and again.

We used Krystal Clean for a move out cleaning service and they were fantastic. They spent about 6 hours on site and cleaned every nook and cranny in the place. They cleaned everything - appliances, drawers, baseboards, and even swept the garage. Can't recommend them enough, especially at the price they charged.

I am SO impressed with Krystal Clean. I was going to clean my apartment myself but decided last minute to have someone do it. I requested a quote Thursday night and asked to be scheduled Friday. They were so accommodating and got me in right away. This was a deep move out clean. They cleaned baseboards, doors, windows, all appliances inside and out, all cabinets inside and out, in addition to what a standard cleaning has. Krystal Clean did a really great job of cleaning my newly purchased condo before I moved in. They cleaned everything from the kitchen cabinets to the tile and floors. They were able to accommodate me for a last minute cleaning and even arrived early on a Saturday morning. I would definitely use them again.

Amazing!!! Krystal Clean helped me with a deep clean as some roommates were moving in/out and they were truly life savers! The ladies were very polite, efficient, timely, and truly did a wonderful job. They had excellent customer service, very reachable by cell phone and sent me text updates as our appointment approached. Our house looks brand new! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING KRYSTAL CLEAN! I used Krystal Clean for a move out service. The ladies were AMAZING! They cleaned everything so good! I was so impressed. They were thorough and also efficient. Not only were they great cleaners but they were great humans! I recently had foot surgery and every time I tried to move anything the ladies were right there doing it for me. Quality people!!! Also they adapted to a last minute time change in my appointment which allowed me to leave town much earlier.
