In 2014, Cabrini Medical Tower Pharmacy changed ownership and became Cabrini Pharmacy Services. We continue to serve the Seattle area as our predecessing tenants on the corner of Boren and Madison have before us. We strive to uphold the values and ethics that have been maintained on First Hill for decades.
Our team is comprised of pharmacy technician Darrell, our friendly delivery driver Michael, and our capable and personable pharmacists Steve and Van. We strive to keep the utmost focus on our patients and keeping our community happy and healthy. In 1907, the Perry Apartments were built on the corner of Boren and Madison by the same architects who built St. James Cathedral.

Services
Please allow 1-2 business days minimum to have your personalized package prepared for you. We work hard to receive all of your prescriptions, cover them through insurance, order all medications, fill the sets, and have them double checked by our pharmacists. We cannot legally repackage medications obtained elsewhere.

Rude. Maskless. Surly.
I went in to collect meds from my mom's surgery. The pharmacists (three of them; two men without masks the ENTIRE TIME I was there and one woman who was wearing a mask) YELLED at me that it wasn't ready. I waited outside for 10 minutes, got the meds and asked about the masks. The older man yelled at me again (he was drinking coffee; the other man was too. Despite there being NO coffee anywhere).
The sign on the door said, "Review Us on Google!" So here it is.

I got a flyer about this app called Phil, that handles all your medications through an app, and mails them to your house. They use partner pharmacies, and Cabrini has been the pharmacy filling my scripts.
I get my scripts the next day after my doctor calls it in, and sometimes two days after. I like that Cabrini handles my refills well, hounding an office if they have to.
One day I was out of my migraine injections (took two days instead of one to arrive), and they offered to DRIVE the medications to me, and DID. As anyone who has had migraines knows...it was imperative I have them asap when

I am a loyal customer at Cabrini Tower Pharmacy, even though I pass by several others to get there for my monthly refills. I am grateful for their work with my insurance company...I never have to know a thing about all of that. They will call in refills to my doctor, so I don't have to do that either. I appreciate having a pharmacy that will check my other medications and allergies, and even when my doc (who is also quite wonderful) misses a potential conflict with meds, they never do. I'm surprised to read the other review here, because my experience has always been great.

You dirty B.s earn a 1 STAR Review because:
1) Snotty Attitude
2) Being out of stock of my medication
3) Not knowing or even caring to research the generic drug name
4) Failing to even refer me to a single pharm. that has my medication
5) Having stockpiled on Lithium. Umm your pharm. isn't that big. Whatever! Try diversifying people! Or at least use the sh*t yourselves! Maybe then you get it together.
