I visit the dermatologist once per year for my annual screening since I've previously had basal cell carcinoma and MOHS surgery.
For 2 years now, they code it incorrectly so that my insurance will not cover it as preventative. I'm at a loss how they don't want to code this a preventative since the appointments were booked a year in advance. Neither the doctor nor billing will budge.
I am done trying to work with them and their mediocre department.

Even a 1 star rating is too high for the Sansum dermatologists, e.g., Tamara Berry, Mark Logan, and especially Peter Ford, the "head" of this unproductive, apathetic and incompetent team of supposed dermatologists. They are have proven to me to be inadequate, inferior, second-rate doctors who provide substandard service.

I saw Dr. Berry today. I would not recommend her as your dermatologist. I had not been to Sansum Dermatology since Dr. John Clark retired.
When he retired I began to see Dr. Hammond in private practice. Dr. Hammond is so great, but being in my 40's and really into the latest and greatest going on with skin, I ventured back to Sansum.
I paid $300 today for "cosmetic" removal of skin tags. Dr. Berry used liquid nitrogen. She said usually the tags will grow back, but I will re-do when needed. I asked her more about this. She said "I will re-do up to 3 tags....don't

I had a dermatology appointment with Tamara Berry, MD. I had a terrible rash on my feet and hands that had been swelling and causing me pain for several days. She was very knowledgeable and professional and thoroughly treated my condition giving me ample time and care. Dr. Berry contacted me days subsequent to my appointment to see how I was doing and to provide follow-up care for my situation. The condition is now healed and I am doing fine. Dr. Berry gave me her number during my appointment and told me to contact her if I had any questions or concerns with my condition. I felt that she was not

Waited over a month for my appointment, but had to cancel because I was scheduled to work that day. I called them up, but got a message service that I had to argue with to cancel the appointment. The next week, I got a call from Sansum saying that I needed to show up for my appointment or call and cancel to avoid being charged a no-show fee, so I just decided to come in, despite the fact that I just got off a 12 hour shift, was exhausted and had to go back to work the next night. As it turns out, they did cancel my appointment but didn't notify me. Instead of trying to fit me in after their
