Our master jewelry repair work includes ring sizing, rhodium plating, soldering, re-tipping prongs, stone setting, and other major jewelry repairs. We start by turning what's in your mind into 3-dimensional wax model for you to hold and view. The wax model is a true to size representation of what will be cast into metal. Once you've approved of the wax or made any changes, we then cast your wax intro an unfinished piece of jewelry. From there, our in house jeweler is able to set your accent stones and center diamond.

Best kept secret in the jewelry business. I originally went to Crown to sell some gold coins for a family member, but I discovered they had a lovely selection of new and used jewelry. I returned recently looking for a vintage piece. Not only did I find a lovely gift but also a ring for me. I was shocked by the crazy reasonable prices. Great service from all the staff here! I'm one of those people who actually don't like in person browsing/shopping as I usually find it uncomfortable dealing with sales people or people who follow you around the store. I had a chance to stop by Crown Jewels a couple of times and it could be a bit busy, especially pre-holidays season. Nevertheless, the staff was on top of the game. They made sure they acknowledged you, knew if they could help you with anything...and really spent time making you feel comfortable.

Toby is great always get s me a great deal on my loan and he helps me out. Last time I had a loan I ran over myself and my finances wee in a jam, Since I am friends and family he was able to get me an extension on my loan so I had enough time not only to recover from my accident, pay and fix my car and still get mu jewelry back. Go to Albuquerque coins. I wouldn't call this place a coin shop but a jewelry store that has coins. Most of the coin transactions require one employee to refer to another about pricing. Hopefully you can pick up something undervalued by the inexperienced staff. Also they dont offer the free gift with purchase anymore

I’m not a coin collector. However I was responsible for selling about 35 pounds of loose coins collected by my parents. Fortunately I found Lou Norris and Micah at Crown Jewel and Coin. They were both exceedingly patient with me going through the entire set, coin by coin, and explained in detail how they determined values and made their margins. They were consistent in their honesty. I checked the prices they were offering me on two separate coin databases and they were generally spot on. I came away with a great deal of respect for Lou in particular and felt like I received a very fair deal

So grateful we found this place. Mora was incredible help, and listened to all of my crazy desires. She helped us design a custom ring, which arrived quickly. And not to brag, but it’s the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. Absolutely perfect. They were fantastic even beyond purchasing the ring: a cup of coffee every time I went in the store, a free appraisal, ring cleaner, recommending a really good insurance company, and even a bottle of champagne! I researched who the diamond buyers in Albuquerque were before settling out to buy my wife's Christmas gift. From the sound of it I was expecting to be buzzed into a room with a counter and a thick glass window above it with a small opening that business is conducted through. These folks have set up a table as vendors at the 2019 Spring Coin Show (April 5-7, sponsored by Albuquerque Coin Club). They treated me very well and are friendly and knowledgeable. Indeed, out of all the vendors available at the show, CJ&C is the only one I bought from (not to slam the other vendors, which simply didn't have what I was looking for though they sure tried!).I plan to visit CJ&S's store in the coming weeks and I bet my rating will increase to a 5!

They were friendly and knowledgeable, but they low ball on Jewelry if you want to sell. I sold my jewelry on my own and made triple of what they offered me. I also got second opinions from other trading stores and they offered more, and if they weren't interested, they would give you the fair value of the jewelry.

Prosper, the young man who helped me, was knowledgeable and patiently worked through four items despite a busy afternoon. The retipped diamond band (tiny stones so extra challenging) looked like a new ring and was delivered in less than 2 days. The man who helped me when I picked up the ring was friendly and competent as well. Definitely my go to place for jewelry repair, and I am excited to have an occasion to shop for something new.

This is a great place to have your high-end watches maintained and fixed. I have a Bulova that needed several links removed but it was not a project I wanted to undertake myself.
