If you’re considering buying jewelry (especially, as I was, considering an engagement ring), stop looking and just go to Mark Diamond’s. A good friend recommended them to me, and after my first consultation I knew that I didn’t have to go anywhere else. They are experts, professional, and willing to go thousands of extra miles to make the whole experience special.

This is hands down (pun intended...) the BEST place to go for your engagement ring. My now fiancée and I knew from the moment Ellen Diamond answered the phone that this experience would be special. This ring is the first piece of fine jewelry I've owned, and I had a lot of questions. Ellen was welcoming of all of our questions and walked us through the process of custom designing a beautiful ruby ring. She was straightforward and honest about what would work and wouldn't work. The result is stunning! Ellen has a magical eye. I cannot imagine trusting any other company with such an important purchase

I primarily worked with Ellen Diamond and Joe Mares to pick an engagement ring, and both were phenomenal from start to finish. There was never any pressure like I had from other stores. They also ensured to meet every spec that I wanted with the diamond shape, size, color, cut, and clarity. Mark Diamond’s Jewelers are incredible! The staff that work there are amazing! They went above and beyond for my husband and me! We first went there to get my engagement ring resized, and then later on bought both our wedding bands from them. They helped us design the most beautiful wedding band to fit perfectly with my engagement ring. They made the entire process so easy and so much fun! Truly excellent! I got married recently and I was searching for a jeweler to add a setting and a stone to an heirloom piece (Grandmother's wedding band). I can't sing their praises enough. I mostly worked with Ellen Diamond, but everyone in the shop was courteous and helpful every time I visited. I was so devastated because only a month after I received my beautiful custom ring, I got in a bike accident which resulted in losing the stone and the setting being ruined. Ellen was so great and was willing to work with me to get my precious piece repaired; she even did it at a discount! It took no longer
