Hutch's Casting
Hutch's Casting has created products with the lost wax casting process for over 25 years. We can meet your needs whether you are an individual artist creating unique pieces or a corporation seeking manufacturing capabilities. We offer custom contract casting services to artists as well as corporations in the United States and Canada.

Our clients operate in many different industries including: jewelry, industrial manufacturing, fine art, fashion, and furniture manufacturing. Some of our more advanced casting services include oxygen free casting for high quality silver jewelry castings, and centrifugal casting for finely detailed filigree castings.
Services
Aside from the standard casting service, we can create the initial model as well as finish, plate, and assemble the final product. Our Concept-To-Cast process allows designers greater freedom to bring products to market without all of the technical knowledge involved in casting. We can accept models in many different mediums and in a range of sizes from jewelry up to small sculptures.
Although we cast any type of metal product, some of our more frequent castings are: jewelry, sculptures, clothing accessories, and furniture fittings. Jennifer Jesse Smith is a custom jewelry designer specializing in unique southwestern jewelry. Hutch's has worked with Jennifer Jesse Smith in producing her jewelry.
Hutch's Casting has worked with local artists seeking to create unique pieces as well as mass production jewelry designers from the North American region. J. Romero Banjos is a small family company on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, just north of Victoria. Hutch's Casting has worked with them, casting parts that are used on these fine banjos.
Ask about our modeling services if you wish to create a new product, but do not yet have a solid model. We have the ability to bring your ideas to life. Many individuals have great ideas, but lack the technical knowledge to bring their product to market. We can help. We have access to modelmakers who can turn a simple sketch into a solid model.
Each customer's product, process, and preference influences their choice of working medium. We recognize the diversity in the markets and are capable of accepting models in wood, ceramic, metals, plastics, waxes, and even raw clay. We can accept models in almost any medium. We can quote your project by e-mail, fax or phone once we receive the model dimensions and your application.
