Our inspection services consist of an evaluation of visible and readily accessible components of a home. Each inspection is followed by a detailed digital report of our findings that will be available the same day. Having an inspection prior to selling a home can give you the opportunity to make any repairs needed and disclose any findings that could give a buyer room for negotiations.

Josh was extremely thorough, polite and professional! After the inspection, he was happy to walk over the entire property with us and go over everything. Durning the walk through, any issues he found were further explained in detail to us, as well as how urgent of an issue it was and if it'd be something we could realistically handle ourselves or be better off paying a professional to fix it. We really appreciate Josh's honesty, hard work and good attitude!

Josh at Adkins Home Inspections did two inspections for me on two different properties. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and perhaps most importantly, a good person. He went the extra mile both times, and took the time to share his insights on what the properties needed, didn't need, and what the options were. I highly recommend him. If you go with someone else and live to regret it, don't blame me.

Josh did a great job with the inspections he did for us. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He compiled a very easy to understand report with pictures and explanations of each and every issue. All of this was done in a timely manner. I will certainly have Josh do any inspections I need in the future.

The best inspector I ever had! Super friendly and easy to get along with. He found many important problems of the home. Josh even crawled in the crawl space to check how the beams are layout. He also take pictures of everything if he sees it being a problem. Also, he gets on top of the roof and checks the lifespan of the shingles. He does so much more. He is very knowledgeable and will help you give you tips on how to addressing the issue. I would highly recommend him to you!

Wonderful people!! The Adkins Home Inspection company was very responsive about scheduling and did a wonderful job making sure I had all my questions answered before the day of. Josh did a thorough inspection and was patient and kind about answering all of my questions! As a first time homeowner (and having grown up in an apartment), I had many, many questions about everything and he was just as patient with me at the end of the walkthrough as he was at the beginning. Definitely made me feel like I knew what to expect when I moved in and I’m very grateful for that! I would highly recommend them

I had such a great experience from start to finish! Staff was very friendly and responsive, and got me scheduled much quicker than expected! Josh took the time to explain every part of the inspection process and any findings, and my inspection report arrived the same evening. Could not have had a better experience and highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspection!

The team at Adkins Home Inspections were beyond great! Stephany was very responsive and provided great detail of what I could expect from their service. She answered all my questions and was able to book our inspection instantly. She also provided additional information up front. I was not able to be present at our inspection, since we currently live out of state, and Josh (the inspector), called me prior to the scheduled inspection to set expectations and listen to my concerns. He followed up after the inspection and provided great detailed summary over the phone and delivers the detailed report
