Every individual that I had an interaction with at this company was super, from the lady scheduling the appointment, to the people who were on site during the inspection. Kari was Very thorough in her review, and gave me her insight from the ground up, even throwing in extra information that she didn't have to. The information was given to me in an easy to follow, easy to digest format and really helped me make an informed decision about the home I was reviewing. In this tight real estate market, we were able to schedule our home inspection in a timely manner. Due to circumstances with the sellers, the date had to be changed and Rosie Home Inspectionsj were very understanding and accommodating.
