Absolutely the finest, most complete home inspection I have ever received. Talon Home Inspections is simply the best. I have purchased several homes and never had an inspection so complete. This was a large, 5 bedroom house built in 1830 with several outbuildings that were inspected as well. The inspector took all this into consideration and clearly identified age-related issues within the report. I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Carlo provided a very detailed inspection and a thorough walk-through afterwards. Although this was new construction, Carlo pointed out several items that needed attention. The report was quite detailed and provided several photos and an actionable list of things to be repaired that could be sent directly to your realtor. I would highly recommend Talon Home Inspections to anyone looking for a new construction inspection.

Carlo was very thorough and easy to work with. He communicated clearly about our appointment and showed up right on time. He gave a clear summary of the items he found when he was finished and sent us an incredibly detailed and helpful report the following day. The website he had was excellent and allowed you to review all the items and select which ones to request the sellers fix. It then generated a report to send to them or the realtor.
