I hired these two brothers back in May for my wedding that was this past Saturday. I tried to meet with them in person a month before the wedding, but I kept being given the run-around that schedules were making it impossible to meet in person. Had an in-person meet scheduled that they canceled due to "illness." Finally did a conference call barely a week before the wedding to finalize the menu.
