Called and was quoted a $65-$95 fee and was not informed about the $89 service fee, was then charged an additional $40 for having to use a dolly for the car. When we were finally told that there was two separate fees the driver himself was already at the pick up point and the cancellation fee would have been the $89 so we just continued with the tow. We literally moved it 5 miles and they charged 220 dollars. Outrageous pricing since we have moved that same car a much further distance before for only 60 bucks. On my visit to TX, my car had some mechanical issues and I had to tow it to a near by mechanic.
When I looked online I've found Austin Towing Pros. When I called, I nee I'm in the right hands :)
They answered right away, made sure I'm Ok and safe, and send a truck right away! The driver was super nice and professional, was really careful with my car and took me safely to the shop.

They have "honest pricing? On their website. When I called, I asked for a quote and it was TWICE whats listed on the website. When I asked about their honest pricing on the website, he said it did not apply because they had a shortage of drivers. Unfortunately they give tow truck drivers a bad name.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOWING COMPANY. It was hard to understand them on the phone, the tow truck driver I met at the drop off location barely spoke any English, hydar was his name. When I got in my car a couple weeks later I noticed about $200 worth of stuff missing including my purse. There is also a enormous dent on my passenger door that was not there before. When I called they gave me the number for the owner of the company and he told me there is nothing they can do about the missing items and the damage caused to my car. HORRIBLE SERVICE OVERALL.

I had my car towed 6 miles from UT to South Congress. I understand the $55 basic charge they insist on putting on your credit card. There website says local service $35 to $65. They towed my car 6 miles and charged me $120. I called to ask why. No answer. I ask...What constitutes a $35 tow...no answer. I asked the manager the same question. No answer. They said they would have the driver call me to explain. Do you think he called. NO!!!! Look... I know I'm screwed on this. I just want to warn everyone else. For Gods sake DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
