This year, 2018, marks the tenth year Dr. Chen first began his practice in Bakersfield. With the goal of providing the best service to all the patients, Dr. Chen and our staff are excited to move into a brand new, state-of-art new location.
Featuring some of the newest technology the orthodontic field has to offer, the brand new facility utilizes impression-less 3D real-time scanning and virtual setup, CBCT ultra low radiation X-ray machine, and a streamlined sterilization center.The technology and the new facility allow Dr. Chen to deliver cutting-edge treatment in the most comfortable setting.

Out of my 2 cousins that I would take to their appointments , dr Chen's was the friendliest and cleanest environment. I love the giveaways they do, I love the staff that's so welcoming, and most of all I love dr Chen who constantly gives my family updates and most of all the results that we've paid for. Can't wait to start my own treatment here soon!!

Horrible! Dr. Chen isn't willing to help you out! I tried switching to this orthodontist due to COVID. And instead of helping me or giving me other options, the only thing he did was criticize the work on my braces. Very unprofessional and rude! I do not recommend.
Well then Dr. Chen, you went against policy. I was not presented with other options by you. Instead you had the lady's at the front desk turn me away. With no further explanation. So your comment isn't honest of you! Not trustworthy.

Dr. Chen's office is AWESOME! From Dr.Chen himself. He's so friendly and takes his time to answer any and all questions. His staff is just as AMAZING! The 2 years I've been receiving orthodontic treatment and this office definitely felt like family. Thank you Dr. Chen for giving me such a beautiful smile.
