Dr. Thurman's family is deeply rooted in Bakersfield. His great-grandparents and grandparents moved to the area in the 1940s, and the family has been here ever since. Dr. T loves Bakersfield and its residents, and he has made it a keystone of his practice philosophy to help make his community a better place in which to live.

I loved my experience at Thurman Orthodontics!!! I didn’t have to wait long AT ALL. Not even for my braces did I have to wait long !! They went through everything at good timing for me !! Definitely recommend plus very affordable was finally able to get me some braces at 19 years old 😎 thank you Thurman Ortho for this I already even see my teeth shifting 🤩

I have one son who is about to get his braces off and one that just got his put on. Hands down the best orthodontic experience I have ever had. The entire office staff is organized, consistent, and so nice. Dr. Thurman is amazing and while he is a busy dude when he is with you or your child you have his undivided attention. I highly recommend Thurman Orthodontics.
