They are meticulous and fair with a zero BS factor. As I told the manager, I'd really rather not be a regular customer at the body shop but as long as I am, I'm glad it's them. Our car has been there three times. They're 3 for 3. Highly recommended!

I had my Honda Civic repaired here and they did an AMAZING job. They even cleaned my car for me! They picked up my car and brought it back to my home once the repairs were complete and I didn't even have to pay for that. The staff was very helpful and updated me throughout the entire time my car was in their shop. I highly recommend this shop!

Everyone at this shop is so friendly and personable. having moved to the city recently, it’s always a challenge finding a new, reliable body shop. every question i had was answered promptly, if not before getting the chance to even ask. they keep you updated the whole time your car is in the shop and will call you with any concerns or suggestions during the process of it. they truly take care of their customers and are very professional about it. 10/10 recommend and will be taking my car back if i need any more work done!

I came in to have repairs done to my car after the accident. The receptionists Melissa was so helpful with the insurance setting up the rental. She was able to talk to them and confirm some things I had assistance from beginning to end. I had no problems from beginning to end. I was so pleased, like it was brand new when I picked it up. Better than the 1st day got it.

Don't walk run from this place. Took 10 weeks to get my car fixed, every time I got the car back something else had to be fixed. They never took responsibility until I had to finally deal with the owner. He is a good guy but his staff is horrible. The one office manager got in a fight with my insurance adjuster, and refused to communicate with her, leaving my car to sit for weeks without working on it. I was in a front end collision, they gave the car back without working head light. The picture is there idea of fixing my passengers side mirror. The glass wasn't properly attached and it came loose

The customer service at this shop was beyond what I expected, even with the great reviews. The manager, Dean, was transparent about the whole process and the estimated time frame. They worked out the details for me with the insurance company, and made sure that I was updated via email on the status of the repair. My car looked amazing (they… replaced and painted my fender after being involved in an accident), and on top of that they washed and cleaned my car inside and out. They even touched up the paint on a small part of my car door that was rusting out at no additional cost! Wow, now
