We'll work with you to create an exciting and fun catering experience with delicious food and a unique BBQ food truck vibe. All packages include rolls, BBQ sauce, pickles, onions, jalapenos, plastic forks & knives, disposable serving boats and napkins. We offer several options for service. The Staffed BBQ truck is very popular for clients that wish to serve large groups very quickly.

Food service worker had a great attitude and was nice so I did give him a tip but I didn't get the $8 price for the two meat special we where promised (charged $13) and the portions where pretty small. I could have filled up by spending less at Costa Vida or Panda Express. Meat was pretty good though not very much of it. Sides where pretty good too but the roll was pretty ordinary.

All of the reviews are great and I know the food is great as well. Unfortunately, me and my fiancé booked with smoke a billy’s to cater our wedding next month. We booked with the business in September of last year. Now that the wedding is one month away we are not getting any response from them regarding things we need for the venue, we call, get no answer, and the voicemail tells us to send an email, we send an email we get no response. We send text messages, we get no response. We are disappointed with the way the business has handled this situation and hope it never happens to anyone else

Absolutely awesome food. I'm from Virginia originally and the pulled pork was delicious. I had the 3 meat and 2 sides. The smoked mac and cheese was delicious. The brisket was as tender as can be. I'm usually not a chicken person, the chicken was the best I've had. Owner's were extremely friendly and nice. Eat here if you get the chance you won't be disappointed.

Holy buttered chicken Batman! Who knew that chicken, bathed in a butter bath, and then smoked would be this good? The potato salad is fantastic with the tangy sauce on top. And then let's talk sliced brisket. Lovely smoke but not terribly strong like others I've had. It's kinda of perfect. To top it off we have green chili pasta. Very flavorful but not spicy, just the perfect zing.
Talking with the owner and his wife (total assumption here) was so much fun. They are lovely people who are fantastic cooks. I will definitely be going back to them again.

This food truck came into our neighborhood to serve up some amazing BBQ. The guy was so nice and polite and gave large servings. All of the food was so good, I had to go back and get more. The meat melted in your mouth and the flavors on all of the sides were top notch. I would highly recommend this food truck and would eat there again any day!

We had breakfast burritos to thank our team for all their hard work. These were the biggest burritos we have ever seen, loaded with goodness - the comments were WOW those are "Big Boys" everyone was happy with this delicious food.
We have had them come multiple times, always very friendly and extremely fast in getting the food out to the employees. We have never been disappointed in anything from Smoke A Billy BBQ & Grill, food or staff!
