The staff members are so nice. Very helpful. Had 4 filling replaced today. Dr. Jackson did a wonderful job! Assistant Shelby was great as well. They are very attentive and kept asking how I was doing during the procedure. I'm always a bit hesitant with a new Dentist but I'm definitely staying with El Reno Family Dentistry!! Thanks Ladies!!

The staff is unbelievable. I was from out of town on Friday of Labor Day Weekend and had a major toothache and in a lot of pain. I am not from the area so I just went down the list on google and they were the third dentist listed. The first two I called would not help me, said they were booked even though I was in pain. But I called El Reno Family and spoke with Casey. She was so nice and told me to come right in. I drove their immediately and waited less than 5 minutes after I filled out the standard paperwork. Dr Parsons was awesome and I’m sorry I forgot her name, but a blonde haired lady

I rarely leave reviews, however my first experience was absolutely fantastic and I felt I should share! The staff was so welcoming and very attentive, and the office is truly lovely. Dr. Eric took all the time I needed to discuss and plan my treatment with me, making certain I understood everything. Clearly, this office puts their patients first.

The entire staff is so kind & caring. They made sure I understood everything! They are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jackson & staff are very professional and make the entire experience comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Very rarely do I write a review but I was so impressed & happy to find such an amazing dentist. Seriously can’t say enough good stuff.
