Services
Dr. Shafer has been practicing dentistry in El Reno since January of 2002. He is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma. Brian graduated from Cherokee High School then went on to complete his undergraduate degree in Biology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Dr. Shafer earned his title of Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1998.

Without a doubt bottom of the barrel. Stay away and call someone else. Genuine people with quality work that they stand behind aren't able to be found at this office. And his equipment is outdated. Several nearby offices offer exact measuring for crowns and other expensive work that is just not possible at this office. They still use impressions and old technology resulting is sub par results for the same price as down the road. In El reno the reputation by even his own peers is exactly wat this guy deserves and poor guy just keeps trying to get fake reviews to offset the reviews to boost his score

My appointment was at 12 noon today. I arrived an HOUR EARLY @ 11:00 AM. My first time here. I was being seen today to get ONE TOOTH pulled out. It was causing me ALOT of pain!!! Alot.
I was taken back at 12:30 for him to tell me he couldn't pull my tooth today. I was at loss for words! He said he only had 35 minutes before he had to leave. He said he had a couple things to go do then it would be his lunch. He gave me 2 options.
#1: Hang around till 4:00pm OR
#2: Go home with antibiotics & some pain medication until next week. (Which I couldn't image another night, muchless week with this tooth

First visit with this dental clinic....Front staff exceptional, courteous, pleasant, friendly. Hygienist Lisa did a wonderful job of cleaning, really excellent at offering ideas and solutions, and very amiable, skilled, careful. Dr. Shafer very good, includes his team in discussions/plans, very down to earth, professional, very acomodating, suggesting and prioritizing services needed yet very conscious of budget concerns. I'm old enough to know that there is a huge difference in these kinds of services....Dr. Shafer and his team have fully convinced me that I've made the right choice!!!

This place of business and the man who runs it all, with the help of coworkers, is the most family oriented, customer loving dentist office I have ever been in and visited! I have gone there for over a decade and never had any issues. He puts the needs of everyone before his and does his best as any hard working human being has. I will never go to anyone else.My daughter just started seeing him after she turned 3, he was so considerate, thoughtful, (because its all new with loud equipment and so on)patient and made her not so nervous. She is looking forward to going back :)
