Avant-Garde Management specializes in providing professional comprehensive association management for homeowner associations, lifestyle communities, condominium associations and developers. We understand there is a foundation to association management. However, each association has its unique governance and requires a company that has the ability to customize its services.
Our pledge to our clients means we will always strive to do the right things for our client organizations, even when those things are not the easiest, or the most obvious. As trusted partners to our associations, we will become deeply vested in each client organization's purpose, goals, values and long-term success.
Liz Diaz's career in property management started with a national property management firm. It was with this company that she devoted the next 12 years of her career and expertise in business development and marketing. Liz was assigned to work with one of the firm's principal clients in Florida, a local land developer and builder.
Preparing now for an emergency will give you and your family time to react safely and in a well thought-out manner. If you have a grill, make sure that you have plenty of fuel on hand (propane or charcoal). Now is the time to make sure that you can cook on your grill. Let's not forget life's essentials, like having plenty of water and food for each person of your household.

They never respond to VM or e-mail and never answer their phone.
Any problems do not get taken care of for months.
Personnel is not professional… who comes to condo meetings with low cut dresses that are short and high heals?
Why any condo association would hire this group without checking them out first is beyond me. They’re not BBB accredited and I certainly know why!

Avant Garde Management is VERY responsive and professional in EVERY respect.
Our Legacy Cove Is more pleasure full since they took over. All of my requests have been answered quickly either on phone or email
