Never in the office at Fairways condo's never answer the phone or return phone calls. And Tish is always taking off for personal reasons. So to me they are horrible!

I realize that my experience with Campbell is now dated, but I really feel a responsibility to share. From 2001-2010 my husband and I owned a condo in The Falls of Inverrary, which was managed by Campbell. Kelly Krittenberg was the property manager at that time. (I hope I spelled his name correctly.) My husband also served on our condo board for several years. The only reason we moved out was our family relocated to Connecticut.

Clifton & his team have been doing a fantastic job managing our large Community, Clubhouse, Gym, Pool, Play area and other common areas for many many years now and their Professionalism, Quality and Service are the reason for our Community remaining in very good shape.

Called 3 times last week to obtain an appointment with Kelly Crittenberger.
Was shunted to his Voicemail each time. Left a clear message requesting an appointment to discuss a situation and show him pictures. Very clearly stated my name and my phone number each time.
The problem is that we have lived with a unit owner that is conducting a Junk business out of his unit, the building hallways, storage-rooms and vehicles in the parking lot filled with junk and junk on top of them. When I think of Excellence in Condo management companies, I think of Campbell! The team at my property Granville, led by David Friedman our property manager, and his assistant Ben Cheng and their team did an amazing job planning and executing our emergency procedures for Hurricane Dorian. David prepared our neighborhood procedure book of almost 50 pages, we posted it on our website and each building President was presented a copy and all our residents were informed!
Not only were we prepared, Dorian changed direction, and David and his team got us up and running very quickly.

The team we have at Campbell Management for our Granville neighborhood, is professional helpful and knowledgeable.
David Friedman is head of the management on our property and very knowledgeable with many years of experience and patient. Ben who assists him is wonderful, assists at getting tasks completes and watches along with David our property needs.
Merlthia is our custodial property in our building. She takes on our tasks of keeping the building clean. She is very pleasant and we are grateful to have her employed by Campbell Management.
