I have hired HPM since 2012 to manage my property. Each tenant they placed for me is pretty good. HPM has a call center both owners and tenants can call 24 hours and the call center ladies will pass the issues to property manager in charge to respond via mainly emails. For the repair work, the estimate usually came quite quickly although not cheap. HPM allows the owners to hire own handyman if owners are not happy with the estimate. Overall, I am happy with HPM's service and thanks to both Megan and Tim for your team's hardwork!

The worst experience ever
Like my tenants Said lazy and unprofessional. Tim is the worst manager, no communication, never answer the phone or texts. they did work at my house with out my permission. After 5 months all this nightmare I canceled the contract wich me cost me $1650.
The incompetence continues even after I fired them. The could not even send me the proper key to my condo. Very unprofessional

14 years ago we moved 3 1/2 hours away from our home. We decided to rent it on our own and it was a nightmare. It was so hard to take care of everything from so far away. We had tenants in there that had destroyed things, had the police called on them and violated almost all of their lease agreements. We could not get them to pay rent and we could not get them to leave. We hired Home Property Management and they took care of everything for us!!!! We live in Ohio and have been using Home Property Management to manage our condo for 10 years now. I can't say enough good things about them! They are as professional as it gets! They are always able to find a quality tenant. Their communication is outstanding. They keep you well informed during any situation whether it be looking for a new tenant or dealing with a maintenance issue. They have a great pulse on the market and trends in area. And I always feel like they have my best interests in mind. It is very comforting, being as far away as we are, to know that our condo is in good hands. If
