Services
Are you feeling lost trying to help your child, who is worried, sad, angry, defiant, having problems in school, or dealing with other problems? Are you feeling disconnected from your child or less joyful about parenting? We can help! We work with children and teens differently than we do in the usual adult "talk" therapy.
We offer several online training programs and personalized coaching services through our sister site, Resolution Academy, that are designed for those who want to grow in their personal or professional lives. Our online courses are on-demand, so you can download them instantly and watch them whenever you want.
We'll help you take a look at the things in your life that don't seem to be working for you. We will help you understand yourself, and find better ways to manage troubling thoughts, feelings, or relationships. We give you the tools you need to resolve the things causing distress in your life, such as depression, anxiety, anger issues, problems in relationships, or just a plan for a new direction in your life.
If you feel stuck in your relationship, find that you're repeating the same arguments with no resolution, or wondering if you still love your partner anymore, we can help. Or maybe you feel like roommates with your partner, and want romance back in your relationship; we can help there, too. We also work with couples who need help recovering and rebuilding their relationship after an affair or other type of break in trust.
If you find yourself caught in a constant cycle of court hearings and litigation with your child's other parent, a parenting coordinator (PC) can help you resolve co-parenting conflicts and stay out of court. A PC gives parents a place to turn to when child-related conflicts arise; the PC creates solutions that keep parents out of the courtroom, allowing them to focus on the important job of parenting.

Absolutely wonderful. I'm so, so glad I found this place. My therapist here is so kind to me and our appointments always seem to go by very quickly because she makes even the appointments where we touch on less-than-pleasant subjects relaxing and fun. Every time a friend of mine says they're having trouble getting access to good mental health care I direct them to this place. 10/10 absolutely recommend.
