Moving forward Walgren Counseling will still be providing services to all existing clients and we are still accepting new clients. We are set up for Face to Face, Telehealth, and Telephonic services during this time. We are maintaining CDC Quality Control Measures on our cleaning. Masks will be required in all facilities for face to face services.
We are working with all of our partners that insurances will be covering virtual services as well. If there are any questions or concerns please contact us. Kristy, the owner, was beyond unprofessional. She was unethical in her practice. After an initial and terribly unprofessional experience by another practitioner, she took over my case. While a valiant attempt to cover her facilities butt, it lead to not only more unprofessional behavior but a complete and total breach in ethics. As the owner of Walgreens counseling it is extremely horrifying that she does not abide by the code of ethics that all therapists are to abide by.

I have been seeing Isabelle for over a year now and so VERY happy with Walgren Counseling! I have made so much progress in my therapy!! I contacted them in September 2018 because they were close by and I really liked their web page design! (Many resources, links and information). David the office manager wouldn't give up on finding me the perfect counselor for my issues, he is just wonderful! I won't disclose my reason for counseling but I will say they went above and beyond to find me the best therapist and in a way that is convenient for me!
