Follistim is an injectable cartridge of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) that helps promote the healthy development and maturation of eggs. Ganirelix Acetate is an injectable fertility treatment that prevents premature ovulation to increase chances of pregnancy. Pregnyl is an injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) that works as a fertility treatment by helping to induce ovulation.
ReUnite Assist is a financial assistance program for patients undergoing fertility treatments. Our ReUnite Assist program allows qualifying patients to apply for need-based assistance. Active or Veteran military members automatically qualify for a ReUnite Assist 25% discount. ReUnite Rx appreciates and supports the men and women who serve our country.
Path2Parenthood (P2P) is an inclusive organization committed to helping people create their families by providing leading-edge outreach programs and timely educational information. It is REFRESHING working with a pharmacy that is actually helpful, prompt with responding and has a staff that actually cares about helping patients. I have had such nightmare experiences elsewhere but today Michael at Braun seriously made my day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help with a last minute urgent order that I needed delivered to the suburbs. He was able to contact a courier service to have the meds delivered on time. I really appreciate his help and will definitely use Braun moving forward!

I had a great experience ordering medication from Braun. The pharmacy called me quickly after my doctor’s office sent the prescription. I was able to set up over night shipping for my order. I received tracking information for delivery and it arrived right on time. Overall a super customer friendly experience!

Spoke with Michael over the phone who calmed me down and helped me and took care of everything as I had to drive over an hour from where I live in the suburbs
The staff and pharmacist were very helpful and everything was done very quick

I have had a great experience thus far with Braun PharmaCare! Staff is friendly, care is personalized, and prescriptions are filled and shipped quickly (always on time). Mike, the pharmacist, has been exceptionally helpful. After suffering from side effects from a medication, he helped in finding a tolerable alternative which he personally compounded and shipped out to me the same day.

My wife and I have been getting our fertility medications from Braun and the staff has been beyond helpful! One of the techs, Michael, always goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied and that we get our order promptly and he just simply makes us feel confident about getting our meds through Braun Pharmacare. On top of the excellent service, this pharmacy has the most reasonable pricing around (after a bit of shopping) so we are EXTREMELY grateful for Braun Pharmacare! Keep up the amazing work!

I was sent to Braun for same day specialty medications which came with tons of insurance aggravation (4+hours of phone calls) and confusion. Staff at Braun helped me navigate this mess, and, in the end, my meds were approved and dispensed to me without any issues. I'm so grateful to Dan, the super nice lady I spoke with 1000 times today and was so sweet every time (whose name I didn't get), and all of the staff at Braun PharmaCare. ***in response to the business' reply- syringes were DEFINITELY NOT included on the outside of the thermal pouch with the medication. Three different adults tore that package inside out looking for them. I also took it to my dr's office to make sure.
CCRM sent a prescription for microdose Lupron to Braun, and a million other drugs to several other "mail-order" pharmacies. I'm updating my rating to apply to the new location on Clybourn, since they just now thanked me for a review I left 10 years ago...likely to help counter all the terrible reviews they've received recently. I lived across the street from this pharmacy for 12 YEARS and was a happy customer. Like other reviews, Sharon was my main point of contact and she was/is fantastic...always friendly and interested in how I was doing and friendly to my yorkie. This business was just fine at their previous clark location. to specify, i am rating their veterinary department. i will call and rudely be put on hold without anyone greeting the phone first. i had one person tell me "your prescription will be ready in a week", when i said i need it sooner, they stuttered and trailed off and said "two days" then stumbled again and said "tomorrow". can you hire some professionals please?

We have been using Braun Pharma Care for five years ! They were in a previous location on Clark street when we started utilizing this pharmacy! We use it to compound our family cats medicine ! They make his medicine in flavors that he likes and will take his medicine safely without us worrying if it's in! A Chicago specialized vey told us about it!
We pick his meds or have them shipped! I could get his meds elsewhere but they have the best price and his care in mind ! I trust this pharmacy! They are taking Covid precautions at this time with curb side pick up!

I have had so many bumps in the road obtaining my pets meds. BUT there is someone there named Sharon who is kind, helpful, invested, and intelligent. Braun is lucky to have her because I was really feeling discouraged. Lots of process failure in communication until Sharon appeared out of nowhere! This is for their pet medication compounding service - I would assume the rest of their services are equally terrible. I can only assume the consistently inconsistent service that never improves is because they're one of the only compounding pharmacies in the area - so they don't need to get better. Almost every single interaction with them is a struggle. You're told to refill RX certain # of days in advance in order to be ready for a specific day - still not ready. They call you and tell you it's ready by a specific time - it's not ready (like next day at the earliest

Hands-down simply the best pharmacy to deal with. The people are friendly and knowledgeable but most of all they are not robots like the big chain stores. And Brett who is the manager is incredibly helpful.
I'm going to continue to give them as much business as I can because pharmacies like this are a rarity. Give them a try and you'll see what I mean.

I've had several neutral interactions with this business and one egregious one. Due to several other fires going on in my life, I realized I needed a compound for my pet the same day. I take responsibility for that. The response I got from the vet was go eat cake, too many prescriptions ahead of mine. I get it, they don't have the bandwidth. However, this is life saving medication. I don't get it, straight to the ER. When I asked for alternatives I got a verbal shrug. I love Braun! I use them for my cat's medications and I really appreciate all the different ways they can compound medications (into liquid, treats, etc.) which helps me better administer the meds to my cat. (If you've ever tried to give a pill to a cat, you know how meaningful this is!) It's also very quick and easy to refill the medications and they can send them to you for a small shipping fee. The refills are typically ready by the end of the next business day which is nice if you are a procrastinator like me and forget to refill until you run out. The staff is really nice. I

As one of the few animal medication pharmacies around, this has become my go-to place for my cat's medication. The staff here is very friendly and always greet me by name and have my cat's meds ready for me.
Calling in refills here has always been easy, and if I forget the Rx number for it, I'm always quickly found on the system. While they do offer a delivery service, I will go in and pick up in person, and the medication is always ready on time.

I am forced to use them because they are one of the only pharmacies that will compound medicine for Animals. I cannot tell you the incompetency of the customer service. You walk in to pick up your prescription and it takes 15 minutes because no one can find it. Then when you call to refill your prescription it takes 15 minutes because no one can find you in the system. Every time I have to deal with them I turn into a complete ball of anxiety because I feel like I'm walking into a tornado of Chaos.

This place is awful. My vet keeps calling in prescriptions to this place for my dog. They never contact me even though they won't get the prescription ready before speaking to me. The prescriptions are never ready when they claim they will be. The customer service is awful. They can't find people prescriptions, they leave people waiting and start helping other customers. This place is a joke.

The service is not exactly friendly and they have consistently acted "put out" basically by questions or by doing their job. I am sure you have experienced walking into a place and getting the feeling that everyone who works there is miserable to be there. That's the way it feels to walk in Braun PharmaCare.
If you call, be prepared to be on hold for awhile.
In addition, it's impossible to park since the street parking (which you have to pay for) is NEVER available and traffic is horrible.

I used Braun for IVF meds. They were so helpful and friendly on the phone. Dealing with the stress of infertility and insurance is not fun or easy, so when someone is helpful and easy to deal with it really makes all the difference.
Meds were reasonably priced, delivered on time. Prompt and friendly service on the phone every time. I plan to keep using them (but hopefully I wont have to for much longer!)
