I am so happy I stopped in today before an appointment on the same floor as this very organized and well stocked pharmacy. I asked the courteous and knowledgeable pharmacist a question about pesky Post Nasal Drip. Not only did he take the time to explain this condition and the mechanics of sinuses, but he gave some very simple and easy tips to help alleviate my symptoms and possibly the culprit aggravating it. After, an inexpensive purchase of over the counter nasal spray, I can honestly say it has already helped tremendously.

Owner/Pharmacist was rude and spoke down to customers. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

The service deserves more than five stars, the man is trustworthy and honest and advised me with good medicine with an open heart

I highly recommend Carnegie Sargent's Pharmacy. Mark was a lifesaver! I had an emergency situation that I urgently needed the right medical supplies for. I could not find them at any pharmacies such as CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. I found Carnegie Sargent's online and called. Mark found them very quickly for me, in stock, and personally delivered them to me at my apartment later that same day. Without his help, I would've had to face going back to the hospital emergency room which would be a complete nightmare. Thank you so much, Mark! You are an angel!

Mark was super duper nice! We called all over the city looking for assistive walking devices of any sort. I had surgery and was in Chicago visiting. We wanted to see so much of the city and with Mark’s help that was a doable goal! Great variety of all types of devices in different price ranges. Look here first, save your time calling a bunch of places that won’t answer!

Best Pharmacy / Health Center I've ever been to. Extremely helpful for travelers. If you are having some medical issue and in a pinch go by and see them. We purchased a walking assist boot due to a foot issue. Staff very knowledgeable and gave fitting assistance on site. At end of transaction they could have used original cost but gave me a discount.

I called to learn a little more about this pharmacy. I could barely get a full question in before being cut off. I did manage to get this prize winning response.
Me: "Will you automatically refill prescriptions or do I need to call in each month?"
Pharmacist: "I'm not a machine. I don't automatically do anything."
I was calling to switch from a big box pharmacy but Walgreens has never looked sweeter. In this case, the machine is better.

Edit: In response to the owner - Google allowed me to post "on behalf of someone else," because I filled the prescription for that person. This was MY experience in dealing with you.
The pharmacist is pretentious and condescending. We had a prescription filled here per our doctor's recommendation. Since the doctor is friendly and personable we went with his referral. I'd never come back to this place, I'd rather be inconvenienced by waiting for a prescription to be filled at Walgreens. This man is lucky I was not trying to go to jail today. I have been having trouble finding a medication I really need everyday. Mark was wonderful he not only tracked it down, he was very informative, and really cared about my well being. I will definitely be returning for any of my prescription needs. I highly recommend this business!

I had just had a phlebotomy at Northwestern Hospital and left not realizing that I was bleeding from the site of the blood draw. As I was in a store in Water Tower, one of the salespersons in JJill directed me to this pharmacy. I was very lucky to have Pharmacist Mark be so helpful. Not only did he direct me to the supplies I needed, but he assisted me with the bandaging and could not have been more helpful or kinder about the whole situation. I was so glad he was there! Thank you, Mark for attending to my needs in such a helpful and considerate way!
