Only good experiences here! I got a Covid test and had my result by phone within three days. And more recently I had an urgent prescription sent over there on a weeknight. Since they had just closed, I thought I'd have to wait until the morning to pick it up, but the nice woman on the phone said, "Yes, we just closed but if you're close you can come by and get it tonight anyway. Just ring the bell!" Without her offering that, it would have been another painful 12 hours without my prescription. Great prices, too.

Do not go here for covid testing. We haven't gotten results in over a week. When I call, I get an answering machine and in the rare case I do get through, they don't give a clear answer. Also. I am able to freely give my friend's name and information for them to check her results as well, and no one bats an eye. A MAJOR HIPPA violation.

DO NOT Go here for a COVID Test.
They exist solely to upsell you on a Rapid Test. They fib about how long it takes to get your results back, which renders the whole test useless honestly.
Two friends of mine have gotten "Inconclusive Results" which is just laughable.
Can't speak to there work as a pharmacy overall, but their COVID Testing situation is an absolute joke

Pharmacy One is a great little neighborhood pharmacy in Albany Park!
Located on the busy intersection of Kedzie and Lawrence, Pharmacy One is definitely a "Mom and Pop" kind of Pharmacy. With disheveled shelves containing cough syrup, ointments and bandages this place makes up for their unorganized facade with their awesome customer service. They seem to accept every Insurance Plan, HRA or Medicare Plan that exists and all served up quickly with a smile.

I'm coming to rely on this pharmacy more and more. They're right in my neighborhood, have friendly and helpful staff, and have prices better than Walgreens (I don't have insurance, so this is important to me). Even though it is a smaller pharmacy, Pharmacy One usually has what I need in stock. (The one time they didn't have something in stock, the pharmacist was kind enough to front me a couple pills so that I wouldn't go through withdrawal. But I liked this store even before this incident.)
I have no complaints. On the contrary, thumbs up.
