I have been only living here for under 2 months. In this short time I have had unacceptable plumbing issues that lasted 2.5 weeks before being fixxed, I have a shattered window that has been that way since before I moved in, poor counter top installment and last night was the last straw I was broken into at 1AM. I want out!

Do not rent here!! The complex is run down and management is incompetent. The buildings are not up to code. The hallways leading into the apartment units have broken tiles, striped wood, doors don't lock and were never fixed in the 12 month period we lived there! We dealt with a nightmare roach infestation, multiple calls that were unanswered from the super. Kids run around and are loud, there is trash EVERYWHERE. Men drinking beer late at night in the parking lot..speaking of the parking lot you'll never find a space to park especially if you come home after 5pm. Management woos you with recently

Can't do their jobs right , don't expect any help from the office , super , maintenance, they will tell you when you're "ticket" is picked they'll come and "fix" the issue . Once they came and changed the carbon monoxide alarm and I mentioned that there's another issue in the kitchen and he said to me " oh that's not my problem , call the office for that" . We have and called various times

This place is in the worst conditions you can imagine everything inside the apartments is old, it is a place that is infested with cockroaches, they delay in responding to a complaint and often forget to attend to the problem, the parking lot has holes in it All sides, the moment they attend to a problem they do not solve it well because it gets worse in a very short time, apart from all this situation the rent is expensive and every year the price increases but the condition of life in this place Does not give improvements.

Worst apartment complex ever, not enough parking, kids making garbage everywhere, too much noise, people have no respect, claim to the office about noise, always says have to call the cops and they would not take care of that issue. Paid high rent for no reason, I could of lived In the hood and with the same condition and paid less. I recommend who ever is going to be looking to live there, think twice. there are a lot of nice place around and also more space like deck and wash dryer for same amount.
