Extremely rude receptionists . They hang up without saying goodbye. No manners and extremely cocky especially if your Polish . They also spew Polish while your getting work done . Extremely rude . Many dentists out there I don't need a rude office to deal with none out of ten times they're rude. Work is decent but not worth being treated badly.

When I was going here several of my appointments were changed by their office. It was a habit with their scheduling. I needed to change one and they demand a 50.00 fee. Needless to say that's ridiculous but , policies stick there and if you call to reschedule,,, they tell you to go somewhere else. Someday they will drive everyone off and close. Can't wait to see that. Also the dental hygienist there is terrible !!!

My dentist of 30 yrs retired. I felt great anxiety in finding another because I always feared dentists. I found an excellent dentist, Dr. Bartusiak of Lux Dental in Mount Prospect. He immediately understood my anxiety, and put me at ease. I had an abscess; I was so scared. I needed a root canal (I almost fainted at the thought). Dr. Bartusiak explained the procedure; answered any questions. He assured me it would be fine. I felt zero pain. I couldn't believe the root canal was done and it was a breeze. I had the opportunity to visit this Dental Office. I was very nervous and the Doctor made me feel extremely comfortable. The staff was so kind and I completely trusted them right away. The hygienist took her time and did a great job. I could really tell that she actually likes what she does. I've been going to Dr Bartusiak for several years and have followed him to his new office. He's kind, very thorough, explains everything in detail and makes sure you're as comfortable as can be. I used to have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but not any more. Ewelina is a great hygienist, I've had her a few times now.
This office is bright, extremely clean, modern with TVs everywhere including in the rooms (a nice distraction) and appointments are timely which helps since I work full time and live in the city. Your X-rays are displayed via iPad to the TV In your room

Excellent! Ever since our family dentist past away we tried out other dentists hoping we can meet someone who provides the same level of care for his patients. At LUX dental we have found our new family dentist with Dr.Murdza. I had some procedures done, and Dr. Murdza took the time to explain what Was going on, what is he about to do,etc. He even tells you if you really need it done or if it can wait. I'm not too keen getting my teeth done but with LUX dental I feel very at ease and well taken cared for.

I have been a patient of Dr. Barusiak's for a few years now. When he opened his own practice in July of this year, it was just common sense to follow the quality, professionalism and dependability that he represents. His new location is very modern, spacious and high tech. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Great location and extended weekday hours (until 7PM)/Saturday availability were a big plus for me. Above all, you are dealing with a young, energetic and up to date with latest dental technologies doctor who clearly enjoys his work. He takes his time to explain everything
