Dr. Winterich grew up in the St. Louis metro area before moving to Chicago in 2008. He earned his B.S. in Biology at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Southern Illinois University - School of Dental Medicine in 2008. Since completing dental school, Dr. Winterich has gained experience in all aspects of general dentistry by taking several hours of continuing education (CE) courses.

I found my new dentist 🙂. Talk about service! This is without a Doubt the best dental service I have ever received. Everyone is so friendly, they explain everything so well. Dr. Xheni Basko was very informative about an overbite issue I have and explained how they can correct it. I’ve been going to dentist my whole life and never been told I had this problem. Thank you again Dr. Xheni Basko and her staff they were able to see this problem And address it so won’t be a bigger problem down the line. I recommend JT Family dental to friends and family, five stars plus!!

I found this dental office to have great and helpful staff for setting up my appointment. I was very happy with how my x-rays of teeth were conducted. The office is clean, and modern. I appreciate the staff following CDC Covid-19 cleaning and safety protocols. I was very happy with Dr Basko conducting a consultation and explaining what is a priority with my dental care. Overall, my wife and I are very happy we found JT Family Dental.

I debated writing the second review. I did had tooth implant work done. Initially I was told the implant would not be a problem but when it was attempted they were not able to get the implant post to take and ended up having to do a bone graft. I was told to return in a few months for the implant post. The dentist was very clear she would not have thought the implant would work but as she was not the lead dentist she would go by his assessment. He was very clear he had done this many times and he could get it to work. I returned after the bone graft healed and the procedure went quickly. I

I recently had my first visit to JT Dental and had a great experience. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Deede, the office manager, who is so helpful and easy to work with when scheduling appointments! I also immediately noticed how clean and new the office was, which is a nice upgrade from my old dentist's office.

My experience at JT Family Dental was wonderful. I am so glad that I made the decision to go there. First off, they have a new, beautiful office, perfectly clean and welcoming.

I came to see Dr. Jeff Winterich at JT Family Dental for a standard cleaning and exam. The office was beautiful with a friendly staff and I was able to get a free Sonicare toothbrush for becoming a new patient. The appointment was an hour long, was on time, they accepted and were very helpful with my insurance... and I have since referred many family and friends. Definitely a must for anyone looking for a new dentist in Des Plaines or the surrounding area. Thanks.

I haven't had my first appointment yet but I had to give the practice a shoutout for being so friendly and helpful already. From the person who made my appointment to the person who called me while working remotely on a Saturday to help me reschedule and answered my insurance questions I have been so impressed by the service. Wow what an amazing office! The staff are so great to work with. This office is so impressive from the moment you call to make an appointment to the moment you walk out. They care about your treatment and have also been known to come in during closed hours to help a patient in need. I'm very impressed by the state of the art equipment they have to offer. Dr Winterich has been my dentist for almost 7 years now. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistants, to Dr Winterich have always been nothing but the best.
Always professional and helpful, no long waiting room times, and a non judgmental office (let's face it, we all dont have perfect teeth)

I've had nothing but great experiences since going to JT Family Dental. I was overdue for a checkup and decided to go here; It was the right decision! Jeff, the owner, is the dentist that's seen me each time I've come in. He's very friendly, and straight forward in walking me through everything that I need to have done. The Dental Assistant Alyssa is very knowledgeable and equally helpful, her and Jeff make a great team. The rest of the staff are great to work with and have made dealing with insurance and scheduling as painless as their dental work. The office itself is very clean and welcoming
