Here at Simply Teeth, we want to show you that it is possible to have a positive, comfortable experience when visiting a dental office. Dr. Dhaval Patel is our dentist, and we have a fun group of qualified support staff to help with your dental treatments.
I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for my undergraduate studies and continued my education at the University of Illinois-Chicago where I received my doctor of dental surgery degree. After graduating, my passion for dentistry grew as I got the opportunity to practice at a busy office in Lincoln Park where I further developed as a clinician.

The staff was diligent in sending out reminders and getting the necessary information for my consult as a new patient. The office and exam room are clean and Tastefully decorated. All the staff was friendly and professional. They are practicing all the necessary precautions for COVID-19. Dr. Patel has excellent bedside manner and takes time to explain things well. My entire visit was exceptional and would highly recommend Simply Teeth.

I have been going to Dr. Patel since 5 years now. I really appreciate him for being patient, resourceful as well as highly skilled. Teresa at the front desk is awesome and always helps you out with appointments. Dr Patel always takes time to talk to you and patient comfort is his top priority. This place is clean and the staff are very welcoming. Dr. Patel clean my teeth really well. He is fast and at first I thought I’m gonna feel discomfort later but it all went well. No discomfort at all. He’s really good at his job. I’m pleased. I’m happy with my 1st experience and had my next appointment booked.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I first went to see Dr. Patel a couple months ago after years of developing a phobia for going to the dentist from a bad experience while I had braces. Him and his staff were very welcoming and professional. By my second visit, I no longer dreaded going to the dentist office. Dr. Patel genuinely helped me outline a plan to get the health of my teeth back on track. Since then I’ve gotten cavities filled, had deep cleaning done, completed a whitening session AND he did an incredible job with my veneers! I couldn’t be happier with the results. THANK YOU!!

This was my first time at Simply Teeth and I loved it! I haven’t been to the dentist in quite some time so I was a little nervous. The staff was the friendliest staff ever and so nonjudgmental! They called my insurance to make sure everything they wanted to do was covered before they did anything. The hygienist was excellent and the doctor was amazing. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable. Since I haven’t been to the dentist in a while I knew I would have some cavities. Prices were fair and they really try to work with your insurance. Love love love this
