This company continued to charge my credit card $680 weekly through July and August, even though their in-home care services ended June 26. I have had to dispute those charges with the bank on my own, even though the company said I was being charged incorrectly.
They have also not returned my REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $2,688 and do not respond to my calls. Better Business Bureau has also contacted them on my behalf, to no avail.

I am not one to give a review. My family and I felt compelled to do so for this AMAZING agency. Their team are beyond the best, professional and they deliver on what they promise.
We have utilized this agency for almost two years now. We first started out as hourly care for both of our parents (they provided couples care 12 hours a day and 7 days a week).Our father passed on to glory and Assured Care made life easier for dad to live comfortably in his own home, both of our parents.

Oh my word. I give this agency a hundred stars. Truly hands down amazingly good at what they do. Their services and team members are such a refreshingly and calming experience.
My father is definitely being cared for in the most compassionate, professional. respectful and reliable way. I wish that I would've found this agency several years ago. We went through three different agencies that did not live up to their expertise and full of excuses and not reliable.

It was such a warm and peaceful experience having this agency to care for our mother. The level of skills, professionalism, and compassion we were given was beyond our expectations. Our mother was on hospice and Assured Care was there every step of the way to assist with comfort care and support. Our mother passed peacefully and was in good hands with their assistance.
We will continue to utilize their services and highly recommend their services to anyone. Our family is more than grateful for such a kind-hearted agency that's full of integrity, and provides AMAZING SERVICES.

There are very few businesses that I've encountered that lives up to their Mission Statement 😀 I am truly impressed and if I could give this in home care agency twenty stars, I would!
