Our history drives our future. Our culture developed from familial values that grew out of the story and experiences of The Brothers Hill. In the summer of 1991, their final summer in high school together before Sean went off to college, "The Brothers Hill" had planned 3 months of friends, sports, travel and fun.

I never felt like just another patient at Rehab PT PL. Everyone (and Sam Stack in Particular) was always very much in tune with what was going on with my injury. They do a fantastic job of truly listening to what's going on with your body, processing the information, and tailoring specific exercises to get you back to what you want to be doing. No day was ever the same. They take extremely detailed notes to ensure progress is tracked and the app they use does a great showing you videos of exercises you'll be performing.

I was referred to Rehab United by my doctor for an injured shoulder/rotator cuff. I went from not being able to pick up a single grocery bag to almost full strength within acouple months and best of all, it looks like I'll be able to avoid surgery. Ben, Steve and others that work there are incredibly nice people that were supportive and pushed me every step of the way. Can't recommend them enough!

Rehab United is the best! Over the years, I've had therapy at various clinics, and I can say without reservation that I received the best treatment here. The staff is professional and friendly, and greet you by name when you walk through the door. My initial evaluation with Ben was very thorough. Although my presenting problem was my knee, Ben pointed out feet and ankle issues that were contributing to my knee pain. He started me on a home exercise program, as well as twice weekly therapy sessions. My primary therapist was Steve, who did an excellent job, and guided me through my exercises

This review is looong overdue, but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I came in after an auto accident that left me with horrible back and neck pain, but now I have little to no pain all thanks to RU! Everyone here was so helpful and made my experience so easy and rewarding. Sam is hands down the best PT in San Diego and I will recommend her to anybody who is in need of physical therapy!! Alice and Katelin were also so wonderful and Emily and Chelsea at the front desk were super welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed every appointment and highly highly recommend if you are looking

My experience at Rehab United physical therapy has been great. I've just finished five of the six sessions authorized by my doctor at Kaiser and at every one I've been so impressed with the well-trained and caring staff and with the improvements I've made. I previously had sharp insurance and the physical therapy was done in-house at sharp, and was almost worthless. So happy to be able to get PT at this facility through my Kaiser insurance!

I was very pleased by my first physical therapy appointment at Rehab United (Point Loma office). I was greeted by friendly receptionists, and the waiting area was open and cheery, decorated with pictures of what looks like the San Diego beaches and wildlife. They were very punctual with start and end times, and the physical therapist and aide were very professional. The other patients there were greeted by name and were smiling and appeared happy when with their therapists and with the receptionists. It had a very welcoming feel- and I've been a patient in physical therapy many times over

I had a great experience with RU recently. I received excellent treatment and my condition improved dramatically due to their care. I have had PT in the past for various reasons and always found it helpful but this time I felt I had the support of the entire team from the front desk to the primary therapist to the assistants. A shout out to Andrew, Alice and all the staff at R U Point Loma!

Rehab United is hands down the best place to go for PT in San Diego!!! I have had a variety of experiences with Sharp, UCSD Health, and other medical groups, but the treatment I received at Rehab United exceeded them all.
TLDR; Rehab United is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and individualizes treatment, unlike other physical therapy groups. Highly recommend!!! If you are a causal or competitive athlete, you will definitely want to go here!
I tore my ACL during indoor soccer and originally went to UCSD Health for physical therapy. After a month of overpaying for sub-par treatment

The PT I received at Rehab United Physical Therapy- Bonita was OUTSTANDING! My Therapist, Desiree H, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. She always greeted me with a smile, assessed the issue with my shoulder, and came up with short and long term plans on how to deal with the pain I was experiencing. The exercise regimen she designed was simple, had the right amount of bodily stress and was also easily accomplished at home. Jeremy S. at Rehab United Bonita is amazing. My experience at Rehab United has been very different from my other PT experiences in the past. Jeremy really focuses on soft tissue assessment with a very hands on approach in his initial evaluations. Because of this approach he was able to discover the root cause of my low back pain and teach me how to strengthen key muscle groups and increase flexibility to eliminate my chronic low back pain . Words cannot really express how grateful I am to Jeremy S. and the whole Rehab United team to be free of my back pain.

I just wrapped up my time at Rehab United, working with Sam, to improve my neck and upper back pain due to scoliosis. I couldn't have more positive things to say about the place. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable and fun/easy to work with. My pain is greatly minimized. Everyone else there was extremely nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

The physical therapist are fantastic very knowledgable and friendly! I feel better and have some great exercises and stretches to help me continue to feel great! My therapist was Jeremy and he is wonderful however I can tell that all the therapists are just as great and dedicated to helping people feel better! I highly recommend United Rehab!

Fortunately was referred to Ed for treatment of a torn rotator cuff. Regained 100% range of motion and his team is now building strength into the repaired shoulder. Very pleased with the dedication and professionalism Ed and his team demonstrated during my three times a week visits lasting several months. Great care was taken to make sure I was never pushed past the pain threshold but assure there would be a positive outcome. Worked with each of his team, all well trained and personable, and all delivered great care.
