I purchased an area rug at the Walden location. A former employee is a friend of mine.when I contacted him about my purchase to confirm that I choose the best rug possible. He told me that I made the right choice but to be sure to use the 10% off coupon on the website. When I made the purchase the salesperson never mentioned to me about any coupon even after asking if there were any specials. The next day I returned to the store to save my 10% and the same salesperson was working. He told me that there was nothing he could do. Terrible service very disrespectful they should not even be running a business at all. They give one price then when it’s time to do work they add on more money. They are scammers one guy literally got in my mothers face. After a disagreement and threatened her. This company need to be shut down or get new employees that have some respect!

I have used carpet smart in the past and have generally been pleased with their service, professionalism and customer service. I’m not sure if there’s new management or something but my recent experience with them has been terrible. I went to their Walden location picked out carpet and paid a deposit as is customary. I was told someone would contact me within 10 days to set up an appointment to measure the area for installation. After 10 days with no call I reached out to follow up and was told it’s been busy and an installer would reach out to me right away. 2 more weeks passed with no communication
