The Food and Drug Administration has now issued warnings about 75 hand sanitizer products. Officials say the products contain high levels of toxic methanol, which can cause blindness and even death if ingested. Symptoms of methanol poisoning include nausea, dizziness, weakness, and visual disturbances.

Rene G, pharmacist, is so awesome! He took the time to go over all my medication questions (and I had quite a few, lol). I didn’t feel rushed at any time which is an additional plus. Good customer service is extremely hard to come by these days so I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered such great service. Rene also went over additional options with me because I was not too keen on injecting myself with a needle. The policy is three business days once the refill is requested. Michelle told me that they will call whenever it's ready. I can say without a doubt that doesn't always happen. I have had Michelle call me a week after it's ready asking if I was going to come in and pick up my meds. They also talked me out of reordering the medicine. So now, I am without ANY MEDS. I'm hugely frustrated and the customer service was subpar this go around. I hope this isn't the standard from now on.

Stonegate Pharmacy located on William Cannon drive is a five Gold Star business. I recommend them to everyone because they are the best at what they do. The staff is always courteous and professional from the person at the front counter to the CEO Rene Garza. Recently I called and spoke with Rene and he was able to provide me with important information that I can take back to my doctor. This will help me by improving the quality of the medicine so I can have the best out come possible.

I’m very sorry to have to write this, but it’s just ridiculous. I have a prescription that’s supposed to last me thirty days, according to my psychiatrist. Therefore, I’m scheduled for renewal at that point- again, according to an educated professional who’s been in this field since 1979, treating me for twenty years, and treating my family for thirty years. In other words: my doctor knows more than you, and you should be listening to what he tells you rather than going off what you personally think should be happening. I was recommended to Stonegate Pharmacy by my son's physician at Southwest Premier Family Physicans. I called in for a cream to treat my son's severe eczema. I was very frustrated with his condition and didn't really think a cream would be enough to treat it. I was lucky enough to be on the phone with Rene Garza who inquired into my son's condition. He recommended a medication that has changed my son's life. He is incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He has spent hours with me over the phone and responding to my texts. These guys do prescriptions right! This really feels like the place where you get personalized attention to detail. I like the decor here- it feels comfy and modern, with lots of stuff that makes it feel more like a coffee shop than a pharmacy.
They have a lab right in the back where you can peer in and see them compounding medications and elixirs with precision. They're wearing protective gear and weigh things out with delicate instruments!
The service was great- they offered the talk with the pharmacist to brief on what's going on. They were speedy and friendly

Seamless customer service and coordination with my doc's office, and they will also deliver to your door. The pharmacist called me after receiving the script and went over it with me, asked me if I had any questions, etc. Very knowledgeable. They are a little expensive, but I am of the belief that "you get what you pay for." They're also very communicative.

Unreliable and expensive. repeatedly promised my RX would be ready and then I would go to pick it up and it wasn't. Then they promised to deliver it later in the week-but didn't. They again promised it would be ready today. It isn't. I have waited for weeks and been lied to repeatedly. I have used Broadway Pharmacy in the past and never had this problem. I only tried Stonegate because my Dr. recommended them and they were across the street from her office. but I will never use them again. Oh, and they're rude. I always used to go to the closest HEB pharmacy by my home... but after growing dissatisfaction with their customer service, I decided to try Stonegate Pharmacy after a friend recommended them.
What a difference! Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable! They filled my prescription in less than 10 minutes (compared to "At least and hour" at HEB) and the pharmacist readily approached me, without asking, to give me info on my medication. And they also deliver! Needless to say, they are my new go to Pharmacy!
