I was a tenant for more than a year at a property in SF managed by Nick and the onsite team. Nick was always friendly, professional, prompt and helpful and honestly just pleasant to interact with. He and the team were responsive to maintenance concerns, communicative and followed up with me to make sure the concerns had been resolved. I honestly felt really supported and listened to and can only hope I have such good luck with property managers in the future.

0 stars I renting a duplex in 1735 Lane street in San Francisco
just one time they show up the day they give me the keys of the apartment
I tried many times to talk to them and they would go to the apartment so they could see for themselves how many people we lived in, which by the way had a very nosy neighbor who told them things that were not true
they never do anything they just collect the rent any problem you have to solve it yourself
it was the mice that came up from downstairs apartment
Now I had to pay for the carpet repair when my 6-month-old baby could get sick from it

Well, considering that it's a one person company. And he uses a dumb broad at a call center as his point person. It's high time this guy quits harassing the tenants in the few buildings he runs. I believe he's on the spectrum. He said I was!His social skills are lacking. He seems as if he doesn't bathe. Inarticulate for sure. A lot of information regarding this genitalman is out there. I invite anyone who feels they would like to commiserate about his body of "work" to contact me. My building is going forward with a class against him, and we would welcome any additional

I have never worked with more incompetent, unprepared, or unresponsive people in my entire time of renting apartments. If you have to with with Nick Kraemer and/or Michial Arnold, I suggest you immediately leave any property they are in charge of and find alternative housing.
It begins with the landlord Michial Arnold, who is un responsive, unorganized, and unable to tell the difference between tenants and property managers sending confusing message to the incorrect people. On top of that, being the landlord, he refused to discuss anything except with some arbitrary third member who of the lease

Avoid at all cost!
The owner will find a way to bill you for any and everything. Even if your not at fault Nick will find a way.
Their response time for work orders is insane. I went over a month without heat, had ongoing mold issues in my unit and the backyard looks like a forest due to no maintenance (fire hazard for sure).
Not to mention the sewage backup into my unit, that I was ultimately charged for.
The company was previously named Doorman property management. With the new name, you would hope for a change in their practices, an improvement in their response time, better customer

Avoid this company at all costs! I have never seen such an incompetent bunch in my life! I am a CURRENT tenant in one of the building managed by them, and we have a new issue EVERY SINGLE DAY with the company. Simplest issues take MONTHS to get fixed! Every single issue has to be escalated to the city through complains to get fixed.
Examples of things we have to deal with:
- AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS, our trash has not been collected for more than a month.
- AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS, we haven't had hot water for 7 days!
- AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS, I have brown water coming out

If i could do no stars I would!! Trying to find a place to live and having to deal with such a unprofessional company is so hard. The first lady who had a hard accent for being on the phone i believe her name was blaire was beyond rude. She actually started yelling at me and when i asked for a supervisor she asked why and when i said because we aren't understanding each other and she said no your not listening. And then put me on hold for a long time so i called back and got John who did his job but i had to call sherwood back to understand what he was saying. So my husband and i have decided

My experience with this company as a potential tenant was terrible, but that is not why I am writing this review. I'm writing this review because I believe they did the landlord in my case a huge disservice.
I contacted this agent (Lee Lujan) when I saw an ad for this property, the response was curt and told me to email him again in 2 weeks when the property is available for viewing. If this was my agent, I would expect him to follow up with a potential tenant. I want him to chase for my candidates and my business. That's what I'm paying him for. Otherwise, as a landlord, I would
