JHL Commercial Properties was founded in 1988 by James B. Henry and Lynn S Hill, as a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in property management, leasing and sales in Napa, Sonoma and Solano Counties in CA. JHL Commercial Properties handles property management and leasing for over 1 million square feet of leased and managed properties including office, warehouse, medical and retail spaces.
Lynn heads the Property Management Division of JHL commercial Properties. He has numerous years of commercial building and engineering experience in all types of buildings, shopping centers and industrial parks. Lynn is a licensed real estate professional and professional engineer. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Engineering.
A Property Manager is a trained professional whose purpose is to preserve or increase the value of the property. Property Management services can be provided in any combination as required by the Property Owner. Fees are negotiated based on the services provided. All of our Property Managers work with owners to minimize expenses and maximize property value and cash flow.

Considering the comment below hasn't ever experienced the outstanding work of this company, it's safe to say that only the customers that have actually been with JHL Commercial Properties would mainly be considered beneficial when deciding whether or not this company is phenomenal or unpleasing. That being said, Scott Hill and his team have always been there for me whether it's at 3 in the morning with a flood on the second floor of a building or during dinner time and the doors at a building aren't locking. I now know that if I need something done fast and efficient, JHL is
