Chris is the Founder and President of Reliant Property Management which operates a portfolio of market rate and affordable housing communities. Mr. Flynn earned his BS in Business and Economics from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. He has implemented numerous advanced technology-driven solutions which maximize rent, manage utility expenses, evaluate marketing efficiency and provide real time operations data to Senior Management.

This is an edit of my original review of reliant property Management! Though it was a long process and I felt wronged in a few ways. they really did turn it around and worked with me and got me into my apartment and since then the management has been amazing! The manager Denise is delightful and I feel really listens to my concerns and I just love my apartment! so though it was a rough start they finished with five stars in my book. If you happen to be applying to one of their properties I would say you're in good hands!
