First I have to say this review is long overdue. I've been training with Walter for over 4 years now and I can honestly say that he really knows what he is doing. Walter has helped me get into the best shape of my life! I've never been stronger. I used to be like every other guy in the gym. Check out what the guy next to you is doing and try to copy it. After suffering through a few injuries i realized I better get some real help because I didn't really know what I was doing. I was just throwing weights around the gym. I've been training with Walter since May 2018, and found that his methods and coaching style have worked best for me. Aside from being flexible with scheduling and having a convenient location, he is a great trainer that keeps you motivated without shaming you or being "tough" on you. I've been training with Walter for about two years now, and I thought it was time for a quick update. He has just moved to the Fight Academy, off of Colorado, which puts him in a more central location than before, and happens to be a shorter walk from my home. Most importantly, he always listens to how you are and what's going on. I'm going through some physical therapy right now (knee degeneration) and Walter trains me accordingly. I've been working out with Walter for about 2 years now. I have NEVER worked out consistently for more than a few months at a time before this. Walter's got a kind, friendly, easygoing personality yet somehow manages to get you to work out harder than you've ever worked out before. I wish I could give Walter 10 stars!! I came to him about 4 months ago and my body has never looked this fit. His workout routine is perfect for me.... He has a customized workout just for me!!! You won't find a better trainer out there. He is extremely knowledgeable on muscle functions, nutrition, and how the body works. He is extremely passionate about what he does, and custom tailors fitness programs to the client. I injured my shoulder and shoulder blade, and Walter was quick to identify the problem and put me on the right path to correct it. He is also one of the most down to earth people and a really great guy! You won't regret training with Walter, there really isn't a better trainer on the market.

Where do I begin with all the good training from Wally?! He is AMAZING and like another Yelpers said, "If he knew just how good of a trainer he is, he'd triple his fee."I have known Wally since his days at Equinox Fitness and a handful of smaller gyms in Pasadena. Let me start off with the fact that the first day I worked out with Wally I fainted, couldn't do one push-up and needed to look good for my wedding in 60 days. Unrealistic, I know! Well, on my wedding day I did 10 push-ups and fit the dress like a glove. I attribute my new love for working out to this guy right here. I went from working out 1 day a week (on a good week) to doing spin, sweat house, p90x, running and core training, I can almost see my abs and it's been 5 months. Training is never cheap but it's worth every penny!

Where do I begin! Wally is unbelievably knowledgeable about every muscle in the body, proper eating habits for training, reasons for fatigue, lack of muscle growth etc! Great trainer! I checked out a couple of trainers before him and they were over-priced, over-demanding, and basically all about themselves and what they have accomplished. I've been training with Wally for about 2 years now. He customized training routines based on your needs and he switches it up from time to time. He's probably the most caring/ dedicated trainer I've worked with. He's always there to answer any of your questions and always finds time to fit your schedule.
I've went from 18% body fat to now close to 12%. And lost about 12 pounds.
I can see a huge difference in muscle definition and especially how my jeans fit now thanks to those squats and TRX. Wally's fu**ing amazing. Do ittttttttt
