Dropped off a tire and a sensor for my wife's car came back in morning for them to put tire on car. They lost my tire sensor and said that I didn't give them one. And basically to go pound sand. I am ase certified Master tech. No reason to lie. Will never be back. Was called and after reviewing security footage showed I gave tire sensor to tech. Say it was installed. But they did look into the issue

Thought I needed new brakes and rotors. Dropped off for 8 am appt and by the time I had reached home, the tech diagnosed what I needed and had a price prepared for me. Said part wouldn't be available until after lunch and gave me an estimated finish time. An hour before estimate, they called to say they were finished. I love it when a company under promises and over performs! Staff was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back for tires.

I love byhalia tire and battery. Even though they are a little bit more expensive than the online places, these are the friendliest people in town and fir the customer service quality alone I would pay the difference in prices. These people are not just another place that sells tires to the public, they are like a lot of family members that the whole country has grown up with only to realize that they are about the only family who you can actually trust enough to never question. They take care of business. I love this place.

Its Tuesday 8/24/2021 and I needed 2 new front tires today for a trip to Nashville Thursday. I live in Olive Branch, Ms and Gateway tire and 2 others i checked. either, didn't have my 245/75/16 tires for my truck in stock, or they didnt have the manpower to install them. So, i called Byhalia Tire and Battery in Byhalia, ms. They told me "sure, bring it by and we will take care of you." When i pulled up, they told me to pull into the second bay. From the time i pulled in the bay to the time i left to go home with my new tires, 25 minutes past. Now thats some kind of service when nobody else could

Terrible service went in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced and the 2 rear tires moved to the front and for a front end allighnment they charged me 181$ for that and told me my whole front end was bad loose and couldn't do my front end but could fix it for a additional $1000 I even asked how could my front end be all bad and that looses when its all brand new and been checked by a real mechanic and the manager tells me well its just loose what a joke and I know when my front end is bad I live on horrible backroads if my front end was loose it would be clanking this business is a real joke

If you need tires or small repairs at a great price then Byhalia Tire and Battery is the place for you. In today's world, it's hard to find someone to do honest reliable maintenance work on your vehicle. Thats not the case here. You can trust the staff at BT&B. Small town atmosphere located just outside the big city . I wouldn't go anywhere else.
