As mom who lives in the suburbs it is hard for me to find someone to repair a tire. Goodyear Firestone everyone is booked solid busy selling tires to SUV owners and travelers. I searched instant tire repair on my phone and hold came up. I'm so thankful when I called they said they could fit me in and there was not much of a wait. For $32.50 and 40 minutes I have a freshly repaired, screw-free tire!
They don't "screw" around!
I will be bookmarking this business and using it anytime I have this issue in the future!!

Daughter's vehicle picked up a mail but wasn't flat. Choose Holt due to Yelp reviews. Could drop immediately early morning as she was soon headed out of town. Staff was efficient and said would call her upon completion. Tire patched not plugged. They don't use plugs. About 3 my daughter said they had not called. She called them and was told vehicle had been ready since 11. Repair performed on long road trip. Would use them again but it would have been 5 star if they had only called as promised.

Edit: Holt Tire Pros got back in touch with me regarding the CR-V incident. They took full responsibility and refunded me my money. Because of the way in which they went about this situation, I would go back. They stand behind their product.
Incredibly unhelpful and rude. I dropped my 2000 Honda CR-V off with them to look at it. It had been shutting off while driving and slipping from the 4-5th gear. Slipping was minimal so I was more concerned about the random shut offs that occurred while driving. I was told before any work was done on the car I would receive a phone car letting me know what

I am fairly new to Memphis. I've become more familiar with simple car repairs but didn't want to do my breaks, tires, etc... myself- as I usually have help. I was VERY skeptical because, well auto mechanics don't have the best reputation. At first I felt like the price was high, but after researching it more, their prices were incredibly fair. They did a good job, and had it done quick. They were no nonsense. I feel very confident with my decision to have my work done there. There is always someplace I could have saved $100 here or there but sometimes the cheapest, isn't always the way to go. I

Five stars for this business - especially Bubba Holt. He not only looked at my tire after the shop was closed yesterday, he also determined today that I really didn't need another set of tires, since they could repair the tire that was losing air. Compare with a national brand store, where I got the emphatic advise "you need a new tire, this one can't be salvaged". Bottom line: one tenth of what I was told I needed to spend. Lagniappe: everyone is super friendly. I walked away feeling like no-one was pulling the wool over my eyes - plus my tire got another lease on life.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Talk about customer service. I brought my car in with a tire that had been losing air. I drive a Porsche and most of the time, I know I am going to get upcharged just due to the make and model. WOW! They fixed it and didn't even charge me! You don't find shops like this anymore. Next time I need tires or anything wheel-related, these are my guys! Restored my faith in humanity. :)

Holt Tire owner called me back and made it right. Wished I had asked them the day I was there why I was not going to get a difference since I had the tire he just talked about having a manufacture warranty. Thank-you for making everything right! I have bought numerous sets of tires from them for myself and children and will do so again.

Great experience. I had a flat tire and they were able to fix quickly for a very good price. Not only did they fix the tire, they made sure the balance in each tire was where it needed be, something the last company I used did not do. Also, my tire sensors were reading incorrectly and they fixed that too. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

All manufacturer shops offer tire services including balancing and alignment but sometimes it pays to go to specialists who really know what they are doing. I have a 2012 Mercedes ML350 and tried to get into the dealership which was obviously fully booked ahead of the long weekend; I had the good fortune to be referred to Holt and boy am I glad I went. On the i40 right now...my wife is driving and the car is riding smoother than it has in quite a while. Thanks guys. I will be back with my other vehicles. And will not hesitate to refer you.

I went in to have my wheels balanced found out my problem was tread separation. Bill suggested new tires since my current tires had +50k miles. He gave me a very fair price on the tires recommended for my car. I checked online and his price may have been slightly more but thought it was very fair. They are a local business and have been around for many years. I had 4 tires mounted, balanced and installed as well as an alignment in less than 2 hours. The waiting area is clean with good magazines. The staff is very clean when doing their work. I will be going back to Holt Tire again.
