Pashbys is a very nice business, the people are kind and the prices are quite reasonable. However, the reliability factor is what makes me put 3 stars. I have gotten my radiator replaced as well as my catalytic converter replaced here, and both times I have had to come back due to negligence. When repairing my radiator, they disconnected my airbag system, resulting in me coming back to get it connected again. For my catalytic converter, i drove off and then heard a very loud bumping noise coming from the engine, which was the bottom falling off after not getting put on properly. Each time, however

Great mechanics work here. Always giving you extra info needed to keep your car at peak performance. Pricing is a bit high but I believe it to be the amount of work that's needed. They've never had either of my vehicles over more than 2 days. Fast and efficient work.

My daughter took the car there to be repaired because it was not working well, supposedly they checked it and told us that the repair cost 944.33 my daughter said it was fine, she picked up the car and the next day I called them to let them know that the car She was still having problems, they will tell her to take it back and the car stayed there for several days supposedly reviewing the problem, they call her and tell her that the repair will cost $ 420 dollars, my daughter says that she is fine after spending the total of $ 1400 dollars, they told her that the car's engine no longer works. it

Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice, service was quick and the old Tahoe ran great.

Love them, they are the best shop ever! I don't trust taking my VW anywhere else.

Had an 8 am appointment for alignment. Took car in early. Not done by closing initially said they could finish the next day. Took my car home, will use another shop. If you make an appointment, I would expect the shop would be ready to do the work within a reasonable time of the appointment, not end of day or even the next. If you take your car there, be prepared for long waits.

I've used Pashby's Automotive on a few occasions and had great service. The owner kept me up to date on my repairs and worked as quickly as possible to get my AC back up and running. Pashby's is Honest and Reputable and I am always happy to do business with them!

My grandmother went in to get a lightbulb changed. $86.85 later it was done! $60 labor to change a light bulb! I'm disgusted that anyone would think that this is good business practice. The Bible says to respect and care for our elders. I would have rather flown onto town and did it myself than to know someone would charge $60 to change a lightbulb on a Altima. Disgusting business practice.

Pashbys is definitely a Memphis top 10 repair shop. These guys are good, honest mechanics who keep you up to date on everything as they go. I've had work done here several times and have never been let down or left broke down. I'd say the only real downside is that they are always busy so without an appointment there can a wait, but the quality of workmanship is worth it everytime.

I will never take my car anywhere else now. I was referred to them and so glad that I was. They had my car fixed pretty quick considering the work that had to be done. They called me and kept me up to date frequently I never had to call and get the status. The staff is super friendly. They saved me a ton of money too the previous quote I got from somewhere else was crazy. I would highly recommend Pashby to anyone in need of auto services!

Yep 5 star's for an auto place in memphis..........i know unheard of....jason is the real deal....... no beating around the bush.......no upselling........just a real honest guy.....i have gone to jason a few times and have never had a problem with the repairs.......he just opened a new shop.... give him a try....you won't be disappointed
