DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I had a headlight service done about two years ago. it started deteriorating in one year. They say it is a lifetime guarantee. I have called numerous times for him to make good on his word and his work. There is never an answer or call back. I have used other services in the past that honor their work and word, but I gave him a try for the "lifetime guarantee" If you want quality work done with integrity, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I was recommended to Mr. Scratch by a BMW dealership here in Palm Beach County. I went a little further and researched the company online. Everything looked good so I called for a quote. Martin picked up the phone right away and was able to accommodate my hectic schedule. He asked to send him pictures of the scratches and shortly after he sent me a quote. On the scheduled day he arrived on time and was super professional. The whole area of the car he was not fixing was fully covered to prevent any over spray. Martin showed up early and was very professional. He repaired a scratch that was down to the metal. The result was immaculate. My car is a pearl white. I looked REALLY hard to find some kind of imperfection. Not that I was expecting total perfection, but I just couldn't believe I wouldn't be able to see a difference. The match is so good. He was done in an hour. Would highly recommend.

Awesome job Martin!! He and his team were on time, professional, and took the time to really do the job right. We had 2 leased cars to be repaired (dents, scratches, even a hole in a bumper) before turning them in to the dealership. Now they both look like new. It is fantastic that this company comes to your own driveway to do the job, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Martin. He was prompt, (even early which we KNOW never happens in Florida. He was completely professional and did an absolutely perfect job repairing scratches, dents and replacing a side bumper. Best part-I never had to leave my driveway and no rental car expenses! Recommend wholeheartedly! 5 STARS!
