Their work is great. There's no denying it.
It's the service I received that was appalling.
2 separate men lied to my face during the MONTH that they kept my car.
One was decent and apologized for the issues.
The other argued and screamed at me like a child, then proceeded to hang up on my husband because his "names not on the title".
They did not realize I was a paralegal.
That LAW is my job not theirs.
They messed up and "didn't write down" all of my damages and completely skipped an entire section. They told me about it and then proceeded to tell me they were doing me a favor by fixing

I was recommended this body shop by my insurance company and it was a great experience. They made it as easy as possible and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with all the repairs that were done. If I ever need any work in the future I will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family. They are very detailed with their work and straightforward with setting expectations and if something did come up they were quick to let me know. Everyone is very friendly and nice as well.

The owners are great, Ray and his wife took excellent care of my car. This shop is the best body shop in palm beach county, the weather gave us some issues with the curing of my paint but Ray was on top of every aspect and when he wasn’t available his lovely wife was there with just as much knowledge as him. The customer service is stellar and my car looks AMAZING, if you need paint and body work this is the place.

Ray and the staff at Collision 2000 are truly the best. We’ve had a good deal of unfortunate luck with vehicles - from a tree falling on our car to a truck hitting the other car in a high speed police chase, so we’ve had a substantial amount of damage. Upon professional inspection when selling my car, not one person noticed frame damage. Our cars always come out looking better than before damage was even done. We continue to bring our cars here because of the incredible work that they do and we always have wonderful costumer service. We have also referred friends who have been more than satisfied

After someone smashed into the back of our Toyota, we searched for a reputable repair shop. We started with Palm Beach Toyota but they we're rude & we didn't feel comfortable there. Then we found Collision 2000 & I am so glad we did!!! Gabby & Ray are the owners & are so friendly & helpful! They dealt directly with the other person's insurance company so everything was hassle free for us! I highly recommend Collision 2000 for all your auto body needs!

Collision 2000 is in a very convenient location off of North Military trail, right by the palm beach international airport. They take a look at your vehicle upon arrival to learn more about the issues that you are having and provide you with further information immediately. They are fast and efficient with their work and get you back in your car promptly. My visit here was quick and they did exactly what they said in the exact time frame. This is the best place to go for quality work done fast!

Very happy with my experience - had my front bumper replaced on my Jeep. Conveniently located next to airport and rental car agencies. Owners Ray and Gabriella are friendly, accommodating and helpful in understanding insurance, estimation, communicating directly with insurance. They are very reasonably priced, fast to get the job done and transparent about process and issues.

I did a big research and took my car to six different places before I went to Collision 2000. Ray and his wife were great. I felt I could trust them. My car was wrecked from a hit and run and it looks brand new like nothing have ever happened. I picked up at the day Ray told me it would be ready, no delays. My car was detailed and beautiful! I recommend them to anyone. Great service, trustful, easy to communicate. I am totally satisfied!
