Luis is great! I have worked with him on multiple properties and every time he is quick to respond and always has great communication. He does an excellent job on the home inspection report he is very thorough and has caught issues in the homes other inspectors would have missed. He is timely in getting the report back and it is always extremely detailed. He’s the best and will continue to use him on any future homes!

For your own sake avoid this business! We got screwed by him and would not recommend him at all. He did not do a through job during the inspection and we trusted his word 100%, when he said the house is good, there is no problem with it when we made the decision to purchase the home.
