Services
All of our home inspection services abide by both the ASHI and InterNACHI Standard(s) of Practice (SOP). We offer inspections for residential homes, condos, and other light to medium commercial buildings. In order to make educated decisions about a home purchase, buyers should rely on the results from a professional Buyer's Pre-Purchase Inspection.
Domenico Palmieri is very professional on his work. This is my first time buying a house and Domenico really help me with his expertise and reports, details and pictures on getting to know more the house that I'm buying. I can really tell that he takes pride on what he does and he's looking for the best interest of the buyer.

Nico was very professional. He was able to accommodate me with short notice and was always avaliable to answer any questions that arose prior to my inspection and afterwards. I received my report in less than 24 hours. He was very detailed in his findings. He didn't hesitate to give a verbal consult as well. Nico comes highly recommended.

Nico was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed with his home inspections. I actually had an inspection report from a previous inspector and Nico discovered many more issues. I love how quick his report turnaround was, great customer service and he goes above and beyond to help his clients! He is the best!
