Uh, all of the negative reviews are correct. management is horrible, slow to fix any issues. had cockroaches in my apartment for the first month I was in, a/c did not work(still don't know if it was fixed), antiquated appliances and fixtures. shoddy work when they finally come to fix the issues. please, save yourself and look elsewhere.

My step dad lived here for 3 years, problem free. Recommended CG to my boyfriend and me when an apartment in a different building opened up so we moved in. Our building (B.Wood) had a significant amount of issues right off the bat. A day into living there, after already moving ALL of our stuff in, noticed some small bugs on the wall of different sizes. Turns out they were bed bugs. We NEVER had bed bugs so I know we did not bring them. In the time we lived there (February-June) exterminators came easily 10-15 times to spray, and fumigate once. After fumigation I came home to 5 live bed bugs on

Very disappointed that a family member moved here only to have problems from the beginning. Bugs are bad enough… But bedbugs!!?? Was forced to wash all clothing bedding curtains etc., only to return to the apartment the next day and still have bedbugs crawling on the walls. Had to pay to stay in a hotel overnight so as not to be exposed to the fumes. Management did their best to work with this situation but unfortunately the only suitable solution was to move out. Also the smell of cigarette smoke from surrounding apartments is unbearable, especially to someone with asthma. Decent parking is

I was in a local store earlier today at the Cloister shopping center and overheard a few residents from Cloister Gardens talking about the manger Danielle in which I do not know her personally, but my sister lives at Cloister and has had inactions with her. I am always at my sister's house and on the property, and I feel she keeps it nice as much as she can. I must say from what my sister has told me the residents give Danielle a hard time day in and day out. I hear Danielle dose her best. What people need to realize is that she can not control every grown person that lives on the property

We searched for a place for a long time. I am disabled and needed a first floor unit. When interviewing with the property manager she was Proffessional and friendly..We.felt right at home..We moved in April 26th and they have been so helpful and kind. We need the toliet fixed and it was repaired at the same time.we.reported it. They.also came to check the dryer when I thought something was wrong with it. The place was spotless and clean when we moved in...no cleaning needed before. The property management has been easy to work with. The place is great. Quiet and friendly people. Would not hessitate

The units themselves are great but the Property Manager atm is so horrible and harasses you and changes her story day to day that it makes it impossible to work with her to get things done and that this place is not worth the headaches involved.
If there was somebody running this place that was decent and fair towards their tenants this would be the best place in ephrata, but having to deal with the manager makes this place complete hell.
