Ashlea Gardens certainly has its pros and cons, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend living there.
Pros: Out of many apartment communities in the area, Ashlea Gardens is one of the cheapest to live in. I am a firm believer in that you pay for what you get, but AG is certainly a little bit more affordable than some other communities.
Frank, the head of maintenance, does a good job of keeping your apartment running as it needs to, despite being stocked with drafty doors, sealed bedroom windows (at least in my former one bedroom layout), and inefficient, cheap appliances. He’s a gem amidst the

I had to transfer from out of state for a job and I found Ashlea. I found the apartments are solid and well maintained. When I call the office to get something done, the maintenance guy is there pretty quick.
My neighbors are great. Noise level is so low. I"ve lived in other big city apartments and the noise level where I live is almost non-existant.
I have to say, I absolutely love my large balcony! Love sitting out and enjoy the sound of the horse and buggy drive by. Yeah, I found my home. Love living here.
